★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έχοντας πληρώσει στις 19.04 ένα προϊόν που είχε παράδοση 15-20 εργάσιμες, έχω φτάσει χθες να μαθαίνω ότι το προϊόν θα φτάσει τελος Αυγούστου... (μάλλον) και να ζητήσω τα χρηματα μου πισω. Το προϊόν: μια κουνια κήπου που θα τη χρησιμοποιούσα το καλοκαίρι . 3 φορες ενημερώθηκα λαθος, μια στην παραγγελία, άλλη μια που μου είπαν για τελος Ιουνίου, και άλλη μια μεσα Ιουλίου. Όλες φυσικά αφού πήρα εγώ τηλέφωνο γιατί δεν υπήρχε καν η ευθιξία να με ενημερώσουν για τις καθυστερήσεις από μόνοι τους.
Απαράδεκτοι απλα.
 Having paid on 19.04 a product that had a delivery of 15-20 working days, I arrived yesterday to learn that the product will arrive at the end of August ... (probably) and to ask for my money back. The product: a garden swing that I would use in the summer. 3 times I was informed wrongly, once in the order, another time I was told about the end of June, and another time in mid-July. All of course after I got on the phone because there was not even the correctness to inform me about the delays on their own.
Just unacceptable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μεγάλη απολαυστική ποικιλία στολών για ενήλικες. Λιγο τσιμπημένες κάποιες στολές μα καλής ποιότητας. Αυτή που πήρα ήταν από το Μιλάνο, εξεπλάγην. Εξυπηρετικότατο όλο το προσωπικό. Μας έκαναν κ έκπτωση λόγω ατέλειας σε ένα προϊόν.
Large enjoyable variety of costumes for adults. Some uniforms are a bit stingy but of good quality. The one I got was from Milan, I was surprised. Very helpful all staff. We were given a discount due to a defect in a product.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πήγαμε για αποκριάτικη στολή του υιού μου. Αρκετά καλή ποικιλία από στολές. Ήταν πολύ ευγενικοί και εξυπηρετικοί. Στα αξεσουάρ όμως δεν υπήρχαν πολλές επιλογές.
We went for my son's carnival costume. Quite a good variety of uniforms. They were very kind and helpful. But there were not many options in the accessories.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η εξυπηρέτηση στο τηλεφωνικό κέντρο άψογη . Η υπάλληλος με βοήθησε πολύ στην παραγγελία και παρέλαβα σε 3 ημέρες ότι ακριβώς παράγγειλα σε τιμή πολύ καλύτερη από άλλα καταστήματα .
The call center service is impeccable. The clerk helped me a lot in the order and I received in 3 days that I just ordered at a much better price than other stores.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Είχε μεγάλη ποικιλία δεν μπορώ να πω, όμως να βλέπεις στολη 70 ευρώ και να είναι τελείως πλαστική, δεν είναι και το καλύτερο! Συν του ότι τσέκαρα κάποιες στολες και τις είχε ακριβότερα από αλλα καταστήματα. Η εξυπηρέτηση μέτρια, μας έδειξε η κοπέλα που ήταν η ηλικία που ψάχναμε, μας είπε δύο κουβέντες και εξαφανίστηκε. Δεν νομίζω ότι θα τους επισκεφτώ ξανά!
It had a great variety I can not say, but to see a suit 70 euros and it is completely plastic, is not the best! Plus I checked some uniforms and had them more expensive than other stores. The service was mediocre, the girl who was the age we were looking for showed us, told us two conversations and disappeared. I do not think I will visit them again!
