Ονομαζομαι Λερτα Αναστασια και αποφάσισα να δημοσιοποιήσω την αξιολόγηση μου για αυτή την εταιρεία που λέγεται My Services και εργαζομουν ως φύλακας από το Σεπτέμβριο του 2020 ως το Μάιο του 2021. Βέβαια να ειπω ότι οφείλω την ευγνωμοσύνη μου αλλά και την βαθύτατη εκτίμηση μου σε εκείνους τους ανθρώπους που μου πρόσφεραν εργασία σε χαλεπους καιρούς της ζωής μου. Κατά τα άλλα η εικόνα που δίδεται είναι ότι χειρότερο για τους εργαζόμενους. Υπέγραψα σύμβαση εις διπλούν που δεν είχα την δυνατότητα ούτε καν να διαβάσω και ούτε λόγος να γίνεται για αντίγραφο αυτής της συμβάσεως. Πολλές ώρες εργασίας με ελάχιστα ρεπό με 12 ώρα και 16 ώρα που δεν αμείβονται όπως θα έπρεπε και αν κάποιος δείξει προθυμία, τότε τα πράγματα δυσκολεύουν πιότερο που θα πρέπει να είσαι έτοιμος ανά πάσα στιγμή για να καλύψεις κάποιο κενό που θα προκύψει. Αν το δεχθεί και κανείς το λάθος τότε θεωρείσαι η εύκολη λύση που εκμεταλλεύεται η εταιρεία την ανάγκη να εργασθεί αλλά και το φιλότιμο του υπαλλήλου.. Όταν εγώ προσλήφθηκα η εταιρεία έχει την πάγια τακτική να αποδίδει την πρώτη μισθοδοσία μετά περίπου από δύο μήνες, χωρίς να υπάρχει καμία ευαισθησία για τις ανάγκες αυτών που εργάζονται. Οι αμειβες ήταν πενιχρές χωρίς να δίδονται οι νόμιμες προσαυξήσεις για τις αργίες, τις Κυριακές, τις νόμιμες υπερωρίες και την νυχτερινή εργασία.. Το σύστημα που έχει η εταιρεία για την μισθοδοσία στο τομέα που εργαζομουν εγώ είναι ότι πληρώνει την μισθοδοσία από 15 ως 25 κάθε εκάστου μήνα, αλλά και καθυστερεί σκόπιμα το επίδομα αδείας όπου το επίδομα αδείας του 2020 το λάβαμε το Φεβρουάριο του 2021 και αν ο υπάλληλος εκζητησει το νόμιμο δικαίωμα της άδειας, υπάρχει η πιθανότητα να τη λάβει μισή αφού η εταιρεία προσθέτει και τα ρεπό σε αυτή την άδεια που δεν αμείβονται, αλλά και δεν γνωρίζει ο υπάλληλος. Σε περίπτωση που προκύψει κάποιο θέμα οικονομικής φύσεως και επικοινωνήσει ο υπάλληλος με την εταιρεία και το λογιστή, σπανίως δύναται να το βρει που συνήθως δεν αποκρίνεται ποτέ εις την τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία. Εις την εταιρεία αυτή τη My Services που δούλεψα 12 ώρα στα παρουσιολογισ των υπαλλήλων δεν εμφανιζόταν το όνομα του υπαλλήλου που εκτελούσε τη βάρδια αλλά κάποιου άλλου ανθρώπου που ήταν ανύπαρκτος. Εγώ παραιτήθηκα δια της ίδιας βουλήσεως μου και για ευνόητους λόγους όπου και κατέθεσα αίτημα στο ΣΕΠΕ για εργατική διαφορά για την απόδοση των προσαυξήσεων , που όταν εκδικάστηκε η υπόθεση παρουσιάσθηκε ο λογιστής της εταιρείας και έμπροσθεν της Επιθεωρητριας υποσχέθηκε να επέλθει συμβιβαστική λύση που υπέγραψε και έγγραφο που κατόπιν αναιρεσαι. Αυτός ο Κύριος που είναι ο λογιστής της εταιρείας και έτσι εγινωσκα εγώ και οι υπόλοιποι υπάλληλοι αρνήθηκε αυτή την ιδιότητα λέγοντας μου χωρίς καμία αιδώ ότι κάνω λάθος και δεν είναι ο λογιστής αλλά ο Προσωπάρχης της εταιρείας. Αστειοτητες και το γελοίο του πράγματος. Εγώ έπαυσα κάθε ενέργεια για την διεκδίκηση αυτών των χρημάτων που η εταιρεία μου όφειλε δια του λόγου ότι εκείνη την εποχή που είχα την μέγιστη ανάγκη να εργασιών, η εταιρεία My Services , μου έτεινε χείρα βοηθείας και εργασία. Εύχομαι εις τους συναδέλφους που παραμένουν στη εταιρεία, Καλό κουράγιο και σε εκείνους που πρόκειται να αποχωρήσουν Καλή Δύναμη όπου και να κρατσιωσουν σε γερές βάσεις τα οφειλόμενα και να τα διεκδικήσουν.. Η εταιρεία My Services , εκζητα τα πάντα εκ των εργαζομένων και σαφέστατα δεν αναγνωρίζει τίποτα. Good morning! The system that the company has for the salary in the sector where I worked is that it pays the salary from 15 to 25 each month, but also deliberately delays the leave allowance where we received the 2020 leave allowance in February 2021 and if the employee request the legal right of leave, there is a chance that he will receive it half since the company adds the breaks in this leave that are not paid, but also the employee does not know. In the event that an issue of a financial nature arises and the employee communicates with the company and the accountant, he can rarely find it which is usually never answered in the telephone communication. In this company, My Services, where I worked for 12 hours in the employee reports, the name of the employee who performed the shift did not appear, but of another person who was non-existent. I resigned by my own will and for obvious reasons where I submitted a request to SEPE for a labor dispute for the return of the surcharges, which when the case was heard was presented by the company's accountant and in front of the Inspector promised a compromise document signed then you undo. This Lord who is the accountant of the company and so I and the other employees were denied this quality, telling me without any shame that I am wrong and he is not the accountant but the Chief of Staff of the company. Jokes and the ridiculousness of the thing. I stopped all action to claim this money that my company owed me because at that time when I was most in need of work, the company My Services, extended a helping hand and work. I wish to the colleagues who remain in the company, Good courage and to those who are going to leave Good Force wherever they can on a solid basis owe the due and claim them .. The company My Services, demands everything from the employees and clearly does not recognize anything.

When i was out on an island for business their nanny services took care of my kids for a week without any hiccups, i was in constant contact with my kids and they where always having a good time and slept early.
