Clean, friendly staff, nice pool, handy supermarket opposite, good size rooms.

Lovely apartments,with pool and pool bar. Short distance to bakery, supermarket, Katelios town and the beach...

Stayed here for a 2 week holidays with family & kids, the staff on arrival were helpful & friendly showing us to our rooms, the family apartment was clean, tidy, modern & spacious inside, bathroom had sink, toilet & shower which all worked, kitchen is basic with 2 hobs, microwave, cups, crockery cutlery etc, with table & chairs, the living area was large with 2 sofa beds leading onto open doors & large balcony with sea view due to location of room which was great, the adults bedroom was large with wardrobes, safe, dressing table & mirror with plenty of room, you do have to pay for air conditioning with you get a remote for but it is needed as its roasting at night time, the pool area is nice, modern clean with sun loungers, shower, outside toilets & the pool is a decent size & is also deep, the pool bar itself is good with plenty of seating under canopy & has large TV for music video's & regular football games, good selection of drinks coffee, juice, beer to choose from & they also make breakfasts , lunch & snacks etc which is reasonably priced, There is a small shops across the road which sells, drinks, dairy products, beer, snacks etc & a really nice bakery & restaurant a few minutes walk further down but in terms of getting to the sea front in Kateleios its a 10-15 minute walk all down hill, if you've got prams, wheelchairs, mobility scooters etc might be a challenge as the pavements / kerbs are a bit hit & miss Only things that I found wrong or negative would be that guests tends to put out towels on sun loungers in the morning which is a pain, the pool bar could do with more staff as the poor lady who is really nice has to manage everything herself , food, drinks, serving, cleaning etc & on occasion the wait for food has been up to an hour, also if you do want to eat your own food or snacks around the pool don't let the staff see you as they claim you are not allowed due to random inspections from Greek( which I think is a money maker) tax company who impose fines however I would go back to this hotel as I had a really good stay & would recommend this place

We've been staying at these apartments for a few years now.. we love Katelios and while they're basic (typically Greek) accommodation they are always clean and well maintained with a lovely pool and great drinks and food provision at the bar. We always get a great welcome from Andreos and everyone there. We'll be trying to get back this year, but everything seems to have gone up in price this year so may have to sadly give it a miss or work a bit longer!

This is a budget hotel and so I had no expectations to she than a bed and a clean room. Location is ok. However, cleaners hardly clean at all. They swap bed sheets empty bins and that’s all. Floor was dirty, sink in bathroom not cleaned. Bar area is poor/basic. Staff are rude. All in all a big disappointment. If they cleaned the rooms throughly everyday and trained the staff this would be a 3/4 star review as the grounds and location are ok.
