Really nice experience in this beautiful restaurant ! I had the chance to taste the shrimps. It was excellent. The local cheese was delicious ! Nice atmosphere, the waitress is really helpful and nice. I definitely recommend to go to Mythos.

Beautiful view next to the port. Service was good. Tomato croquettes didn’t taste very good. Fried calamari were okay but not the best one we ate at te Cyclades. Update: after reading this review, they were very kind and respectful to listen to our feedback. Thanks a lot!

Worst Greek meal we have had even! Worse than worst, if i could rate it 0 or lower I would! It was horrible! Grilled octopus was way too much over cooked, it was like chewing eraser. this dish was served with 5 or 6 pieces octopus, we didn’t complained the quantity, but there was one piece we couldn’t recognized what it was at all, until one waitress told us that was the head. And the side dish? Some canned beans. Seriously? Was it a joke? The other dish was Greek salad, supposed to be simple, So We got a whole plant of tomato, one piece of feta, which was fine, and the rest? It seemed like the kitchen ran out of onion so they put several very tiny nail-sized pieces And the olives were clearly canned food. I was shocked to realized this restaurant served us such bad meal after a while. We just picked up this restaurant randomly and ordered these simple Greek food, we didn’t do anything wrong and we don’t know why they treated us like this. from many other clients’ comments, this restaurant seems fine, but this is the worst experience to us.

Big portions, great food, the spaghetti del mare are just excellent! And very nice people. Highly recommended.

Super food, friendly people, the owners are cool, Georgia is fun to meet, and Vangelis is a resourceful person if you need info on the island, especially if you sit and drink with him :)

We had a lovely time and had amazing authentic Greek food at Mythos. Pastitos was perfect. We were greeted with so much warmth, the restaurant is run by a family and they are really nice people. Compared to all the restaurants here, Mythos has the nicest ambience and seating area along the harbour. The owner also helped us with finding accomodation which was a life saver! Would definitely recommend to go here and we will be coming back when we return to Amorgos! ??

We enjoyed our dinner at Mythos and we were pleased to find it open earlier in the season (May) when many other locations were closed. The food and service were both good, and the price was nice as well! The portion on the Pastitsio was generous while the swordfish could have benefited from a little more of the delicious side dish. All in all a nice balance and a solid meal!

Delicious and authentic greek food, with a very nice service. Location is great. Small prices. Definitely recommend if you visit Katapola !
