Μείναμε υπέρ ευχαριστημένοι από την εξυπηρέτηση των δύο πωλητών, του Νίκου και του Αστέριου. Πραγματικά είναι άψογοι επαγγελματίες με εμπειρία, διάθεση και γνώση να σε εξυπηρετήσουν σε οποιοδήποτε θέμα. Μπράβο σας παιδιά συνεχίστε έτσι. We bought a new qashqai about two weeks ago. We were very pleased with the service of the two vendors, Nikos and Asterios. They are truly excellent professionals with experience, disposition and knowledge to assist you in any matter. Δυστυχώς δεν είχα την δυνατότητα να ξαναπάω και ετσι τελικά δεν το δοκίμασα. Very kind staff, pleasant place. I do not give 5 stars because they did not have the vehicle I wanted to test drive when I went at least. Unfortunately I did not have the opportunity to go again and so in the end I did not try.

Ο πωλητής ήταν ευγενικός και χαμογελαστός και απάντησε σε όλες τις απορίες μας, (και ήταν πάρα πολλές). Βασίλη ευχαριστούμε πολύ για την άψογη εξυπηρέτηση και την υπομονή σου. Θα μελετήσουμε την προσφορά που μας έκανες και θα επανέλθουμε. Yesterday, as a family, we visited the Nissan Theocharakis dealership in Monastiriou. We drove the Qashqai and we really liked it! Πήγαμε το Σάββατο και ενώ ήμασταν ο μοναδικός πελάτης, η απροθυμία και βαριεστημάρα (πιθανόν και άγνοια) του πωλητή ξεπερνούσε κάθε όριο. Απαντούσε με το ζόρι και αόριστα ( "περίπου τόσο" ," είναι κάποιο ποσό" κ.α.) θεώρησε ταλαιπωρία να κάνει την γραπτή προσφορά " αν δε σας ενδιαφέρει πραγματικά να μη γράφουμε άδικα". Και άλλα τέτοια ωραία. Κρίμα ! Κρίμα ! Κρίμα ! It is sad that a serious company like NISSAN has such tragic sellers. We went on Saturday and while we were the only customer, the seller's reluctance and boredom (possibly ignorance) exceeded all limits. He answered by force and vaguely ("about that much", "it's a certain amount" etc.) he considered it a hassle to make the written offer "if you are not really interested in not writing unfairly". And other such nice. Pity ! Pity ! Pity !
