Αποφάσισα να επισκεφτώ το κατάστημα σας ένεκα των καλών κριτικών που διάβασα στο google. Δυστυχώς ενώ ήμουν πολύ ενθουσιασμένη στην αρχή βλέποντας τον ιδιαίτερα καλαίσθητο χώρο, το αποτέλεσμα μόνο καλαίσθητο δεν ήταν. Ζήτησα να την υπηρεσία του ακρυλικού και το αποτέλεσμα ήταν εξαιρετικά κακοσχηματισμενα νύχια.Ορισμενα νύχια έχουν κενά, πράγμα που επισήμανα στην κοπέλα που με εξυπηρέτησε απαντώντας μου ότι είναι το σημείο που ενώνεται το ακρυλικό με το νύχι και είναι φυσιολογικό- λογικά αυτή η ιδιότητα του να δημιουργείται κενό ισχύει μόνο για συγκεκριμένα δάχτυλα βάσει της απάντησης της κυρίας-. Ακόμα, ενώ ζητούσα να βελτιώσουμε το σχήμα, που όχι μόνο είναι ανομοιόμορφο μεταξύ το δαχτύλων αλλά το ακρυλικό δεν είναι και ομοιόμορφα τοποθετημένο στο νύχι δημιουργώντας βουναλάκια, η κοπέλα-χωρίς να είναι φυσικά αγενής απλά εμφανώς αγανακτισμένη-γύρισε και είπε στη συνάδελφο της γυρνώντας πλάτη σε εμένα «δεν αντέχω άλλο», μια σοβαρή επαγγελματική συμπεριφορά άλλωστε. Κάποια στιγμή και εγώ ένιωσα άσχημα να ζητάω να διορθώσουμε το αποτέλεσμα όποτε και κάπου εκεί σταμάτησα. Το κερασάκι στην τούρτα είναι το πεντικιούρ όπου φεύγοντας από το μαγαζί παρατήρησα ότι το μανο είχε τρέξει στο νύχι με αποτέλεσμα να γυρίσω σπίτι να τα ξεβάψω. Πραγματικά κρίμα γιατί το μαγαζί είναι ειλικρινά πανέμορφο.

Πολύ ικανοποιημένη. Το επισκέφθηκα ένα χρόνο πριν. Το καλύτερο ακρυλικό (με ονυχοφαγία) που μου έχουν κάνει ποτέ. Η Μαρίνα φοβερή. Σ ευχαριστώ. Update: Επέστρεψα για ακρυλικό και ήταν ακόμα καλύτερο. Με περιποιήθηκε η Ευαγγελία κ την ευχαριστώ πολύ. Βάζω κ φωτό πριν κ μετά...

Το καλύτερο nail studio που έχω πάει! Καθαριότητα, ευγένεια και βέβαια τα καλύτερα νύχια που είχα ποτέ!

Worst client service ever! Girl on the phone rude as hell with clear lack of manners. That being the case over the phone, I don’t want to imagine going there in order to have your nails done and relax... poor behavior of stuff and to be avoided

I went to Nailhood the other day to get my eyebrows done. The previous time I went to Nailhood for my eyebrows they charged me 5 euro. This time I was charged 7 euro. The Nailhood menu also says 5 euro for eyebrows. I speak and read very little Greek. There is no reason I should have been charged 2 euro extra. I believe I was taken advantage of due to my lack of Greek. No one likes being taken advantage of, so if you go here and don’t speak Greek well, please ask for prices prior and ask to see that price on the menu. Their work is beautiful. This review is strictly due to being obviously overcharged for some reason. Thank you. UPDATE: I had a Greek friend just call them and ask them why they charged me more and they made up a load of excuses. Bottom line is I paid 5 euro last time for the same service. They chose to thread my eyebrows, I did not ask. My eyebrows have a shape, they just needed to be cleaned up. They couldn’t even apologize for the unprofessionalism. They just stubbornly made up excuses; it takes a lot for someone to admit to their faults and they don’t have that skill or ability yet. I have been living and working in Greece for over a year and this is the first time a business has taken advantage of me. I will never go to this place again and I will be sure to tell everyone that I know and work with in Greece to not go to this place. AND another update: Evidence for my above statement is proven in their response. The customer feels they made a mistake. Rather than discussing the situation with their customer, they respond with an irrelevant comment in an attempt to not look bad. It is unfortunate. Still I would not recommend this place to anyone due to the poor customer communication. This review has nothing to do with their actual work.
