A	Alexandra Simeonidi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεν μου εκαναν αυτο που ηθελα στα νυχια γιατι υποτίθεται δεν υπηρχε χρονος. Τελικα τελειωσαμε 15 λεπτα νωριτερα. Η κοπελα που μου εκανε τα νυχια τα εκανε με τοσο μενος για να “προλαβει” και εκτος του οτι πονουσα τελικα μου εκοψε και δερμα κατω απο το νυχι με το ψαλιδακι για τα πετσακια. Την ιδια συμπεριφορα ειχε αντιμετωπίσει και η μητερα μου, που ειχε επισκεφθει το μαγαζι πριν λιγο καιρο και εκανε με αλλη κοπελα. Εννοειτε δεν ξαναπαμε. Θα θελα πολυ εαν ημουν ιδιοκτητης να ξερω τι συμβαινει στην επιχειρηση μου. Πριν 25 μερες πηγα στο ραντεβου μου που ειχα κλεισει μεσω ιντερνετ μανικιουρ πεντικιουρ και μου παν οτι εχει αλλος ραντεβου στη θεση μου. Και να παω μετα απο 1 ωρα μονο για το μανικιουρ. Πραγματι χωρις να μιλησω πηγα μετα απο μια ωρα. Επι τοπου την ιδια μερα κλεινω ραντεβου για σημερα. Παω σημερα και μου λενε παλι οτι αλλος ειναι στη θεση μου απο το ιντερνετ και μπορω να κανω μονο πεντικιουρ. Ειστε ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΟΙ. Ολα αυτα φυσικα χωρις καμια ειδοποιηση. Εννοειται δεν θα ξαναρθω δεν εκτιματε τους πελατες. It is a pity while girls do a good job of losing clients because you do not book appointments properly. Δεν μου αρέσει με το κοπτικο για τα πετσάκια να κόβει το κρέας κάτω από το νύχι, το χρησιμοποίησε. Λιμαρε τόσο γρήγορα τα νύχια, που άρχισα να αισθάνομαι την καύση από την τριβή. Όταν της είπα να κάνει πιο ήρεμα, μου απάντησε για να γλυτώσουμε χρόνο. Έχω τενοντίτιδα και δεν μου είναι εύκολο να έχω χαλαρά τα δάχτυλα. Η απάντηση της: θ'αποκτήσω εγώ έτσι όπως κάνετε!! 35 λεπτά είχαμε στην διάθεση μας, υπεραρκετά για απλό βερνίκι μιας στρώσης κιόλας. Με είχε 10 λεπτά στον αέρα για να στεγνώσουν!, ενώ έφυγε για να φάει και να καπνίσει. Όταν την ρώτησα αν είμαι έτοιμη, μου είπε ότι μπορώ να φύγω, χωρίς να μου έχει βάλει κρέμα, που το είπα κι αυτό εγώ. Πηγαίνω αρκετό διάστημα και είμαι ευχαριστημένη όταν με αναλαμβάνει μόνο η Κα Αμαλία. Ο επαγγελματισμός φαίνεται όταν η πελάτισσα φεύγει ευχαριστημένη με αυτό που θέλει και όχι με αυτό που θέλει να της επιβάλλει η αισθητικός. Το pοs του καταστήματος, είναι εκτός εδώ κι έναν μήνα. Ενημέρωση καμία, παρά μόνο στο ταμείο και όχι στην ιστοσελίδα τους.
