★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η υπεύθυνη του καταστήματος, απλά απαράδεκτη,αλλά και η υπάλληλος του καταστήματος μια από τα ίδια. Μάλλον δεν έχουν ιδέα τι σημαίνει ένας πελάτης να φεύγει δυσαρεστημένος από το κατάστημα στις εποχές που ζούμε. Εννοείται ποτέ ξανά στο καταστημα αυτό, όπως και ενημέρωση σε γνωστούς και φίλους.
The store manager, simply unacceptable, but also the store clerk one of the same. They probably have no idea what it means for a customer to leave the store unhappy in the times we live in. It is never meant again in this store, as well as informing acquaintances and friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Βρεθήκαμε Παρασκευή απογευμα βόλτα στα Ιωαννινα κ επισκεφθήκαμε το βιβλιοπωλειο.Ηταν φοβερη η εξυπηρέτησή απο την υπάλληλό παροτι ειχε κοσμο ειχε την διαθεση κ ευγενια μας εδειξε μεγαλη γκάμα με παιδικα βιβλία. Ηταν πολυ ομορφη εμπειρία .οταν βρεθουμε παλι στην πολη σιγουρα θα το επισκεφτούμε ! Σ ευχαριστουμε Αναστασία .
We met on Friday afternoon for a walk in Ioannina and visited the bookstore. The service from the employee was great, although she was in a good mood, she kindly showed us a wide range of children's books. It was a very beautiful experience. When we are back in the city we will definitely visit it! Thank you Anastasia.
