Η εξυπηρέτηση άψογη .Παρόλο των ειδικών συνθηκών που ζόυμε όλοι, για κάποια βιβλία που έψαχνα και τηλέφωνο με πήραν για να μου πούν αν υπάρχουν και μετά οταν έκανα την παραγγελία αμέσως με πήραν τηλέφωνο να με ενημερώσουν οτι έγινε η παραγγελία και με το που τα παραλάβανε πάλι ήταν άμεση η ενημέρωση για να πάω να τα πάρω. Συγχαρητήρια. Πολύ ικανοποιημένοι μείναμε.
Amazing. Well done for them. The service is impeccable. Despite the special conditions we all live in, for some books I was looking for and they called me to tell me if they exist and then when I placed the order they immediately called me to inform me that the order was made and that they received again the information was immediate to go get them. Congratulations. We were very satisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεν μου εξαργύρωσαν εκπτωτικό κουπόνι που είχα από το κατάστημα ....στο οποίο δεν αναγραφόταν πάνω ημερομηνία λήξης του κουπονιού..!! Απαράδεκτη συμπεριφορά!!
They did not redeem my discount coupon that I had from the store .... which did not state the expiration date of the coupon .. !! Unacceptable behavior !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ όμορφο περιβάλλον. Μεγάλη ποικιλία σε βιβλία και άψογη εξυπηρέτηση. Αν και δεν υπήρχε αυτό το βιβλίο πού έψαχνα ( ήταν από μικρές εκδόσεις) το παράγγειλα και σε λίγες μέρες το ειχα στα χέρια μου.
Very beautiful environment. Great variety in books and impeccable service. Although there was no book I was looking for (it was from small editions) I ordered it and in a few days I had it in my hands.

Ευγενές προσωπικο, ενδιαφέρονται να σου δείξουν οτιδηποτε σχετίζεται με αυτό που ψάχνεις και σε αφήνουν με την ησυχία σου να χαζέψεις, χωρίς να σε πιεζουν. Μεγάλη ποικιλια και πρωτοτυπια σε βιβλία. Έχουν και είδη βιβλιοπωλείου, στυλό, αυτοκόλλητα, κλπ. Ποικιλία τιμών. Πολλή καλή ποιοτητα. Από τις έως τώρα αγορές απόλυτη ικανοποίηση! Συνεχίστε έτσι.
The measures against covid-19 are politely observed in the store of the escape center. Gentle staff, they are interested in showing you everything related to what you are looking for and they leave you alone to fool around, without being pressured. Great variety and originality in books. They also have bookstore items, pens, stickers, etc. Variety of prices. Very good quality. Absolute satisfaction from the purchases so far! Go on like this.
