★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έψαχνα σχολικό βοήθημα, το οποίο ήταν σε έλλειψη στα περισσότερα βιβλιοπωλεία. Μέσα σε μία μέρα το βιβλίο βρέθηκε και ειδοποιήθηκα από το κατάστημα για άμεση παραλαβή. Άμεση εξυπηρέτηση και αποτελεσματικότητα, προτείνεται ανεπιφύλακτα.
 I was looking for school supplies, which was lacking in most bookstores. Within a day the book was found and I was notified by the store for immediate receipt. Immediate service and efficiency, highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μεγάλη ποικιλία , καλή σχέση ποιότητας -τιμης , άμεση και ουσιαστική εξυπηρέτηση, μόνο ο χώρος θα μπορούσε να είναι μεγαλύτερος για να μπορούμε να κινούμαστε χωρις τον φόβο να παρασύρουμε αντικείμενα από τα ράφια .
Wide variety, good value-for-money, immediate and meaningful service, only the space could be larger so we could move around without the fear of dragging objects off the shelves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αποτυχημένη online παραγγελία η οποία έγινε Δευτέρα εντός Αθηνών και μέχρι Παρασκευή αντί για το σπίτι μου ήταν στην Κρήτη. Απαράδεκτη εξυπηρέτηση και ενω μάλιστα είχε προηγηθεί τηλ.επικοινωνία οτι ήταν παραγγελία που την βιαζόμασταν. Αποτέλεσμα, να τρέχουμε σε αυτό το κατάστημα τελευταία στιγμή, μετά απο χαλασμένο τηλέφωνο επικοινωνία, για να παραλάβουμε βεβιασμένα. Τρομερή ταλαιπωρία, σκέτη απογοήτευση ενώ φτάνοντας στο μαγαζί 18:45 αντι για 19:00 που ήταν να παραλάβουμε επιτέλους το πακέτο δεν είχε φτάσει καν.
Failed online order which was made Monday in Athens and until Friday instead of my house was in Crete. Unacceptable service and while in fact it was preceded by telephone communication that it was an order that we were in a hurry. As a result, we run to this store at the last minute, after a broken phone call, to pick up in a hurry. Terrible inconvenience, sheer disappointment while arriving at the store 18:45 instead of 19:00 which was to finally receive the package had not even arrived.

Like all NAKAS Concepts, a huge variety of everything you need which is constantly updated with new products! Especially the household items from branded brands abroad have driven me crazy!
