★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Храм великомученика Георгия Победоносца в деревне Вати, построен в XIII веке, в интер'ере сохранилась одновременная подстройке фресковая живопись 1284 года. В конхе апсиды - изображение Богоматери Ширшая небес, ниже - служение архиереев. На северной стене в нише - изображение великомученика Георгия. Над ним на склонах арки - ростовые изображения святых. Над аркой - поясные изображения мучеников. Аналогично расписана южная стена. Храм закрыт, но попасть в него можно, попросив ключ в таверне, расположенной на площади деревни.

The temple is closed, but you can get into it by asking for the key in the tavern located on the village square.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Indeed the church is closed. Using our little bit of pocketbook Russian we translated the only other google review to understand that the keys are with the tavern in the square. Going back to the tavern we still could not get the key and no one knew where the keys were apparently! We did not have time to eat at the tavern...
