★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ο Ναός των Ταξιαρχών κτίστηκε το δεύτερο μισό του 13ου αιώνα, την εποχή του Δεσποτάτου της Ηπείρου και αποτελεί χαρακτηριστικό δείγμα της αρχιτεκτονικής της εποχής. Είναι ο αρχαιότερος βυζαντινός ναός του νομού Ιωαννίνων.
The Temple of the Archangels was built in the second half of the 13th century, at the time of the Despot of Epirus and is a characteristic example of its architecture. It is the oldest Byzantine temple in the prefecture of Ioannina.

One of the most beautiful Byzantine temples of Ioannina. Inside it is recorded with unique high art old frescoes. A visit is required.
