Τυχαίνει και γνωρίζω την Ρένα και την Κατερίνα πάρα πολλά χρόνια και από την αρχή της καριέρας τους έως και τώρα αντιμετωπίζουν με αγάπη, επαηγελματισμονκαι υπευθυνότητα αυτό που κάνουν. Είμαι από τις δύσκολες περιπτώσεις στην αποτρίχωση και έκανα laser αλεξανδριτη με τεράστια επιτυχία όπως επίσης και ριζική παλιότερα σε πολύ δύσκολα σημεία. Δεν το συζητώ για το πεντικιούρ που η Ρένα και τα κορίτσια κάνουν δίνοντας βάση όχι μόνο σε αυτό που φαίνεται αλλά και στο να θεραπεύσουν όσες δυσμορφιες και παθήσεις του ποδιού είναι στο μετρό του ανθρώπινου δυνατού. Όσες φορές πηγαίνω χαλαρώνω, ηρεμώ, γελάω και φεύγω πολύ ανανεωμένη. Το πεντικιούρ κρατάει απίστευτα και το πόδι είναι σα να έχεις κάνει το καλύτερο spa. Το ημιμονιμο και το gel είτε με φυσική ενίσχυση είτε για μήκος κρατάνε πολύ και εάν υπάρχει κάποιο μικρό ατύχημα διορθώνεται κατόπιν ραντεβού εννοείται πάντα. Κορίτσια είστε οι καλύτερες!!! G	Georgia Gk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δύο αστέρια μόνο και μόνο επειδή ήταν 'καθαρά' (αν και είχαν όλα τα παράθυρα κλειστά και μύριζε το ασετόν...) και τα νύχια τα πέτυχε η ξανθιά κοπέλα που με ανέλαβε. Το θέμα είναι ότι δεν μου έβαψε μόνο τα νύχια, τα δάκτυλα από κάτω τα έκανε μπλε και αντί να προσέξει με τα γάντια της που ήταν λερωμένα με το μανό, επέμενε να μου τραβάει το χέρι με αποτέλεσμα να βαφτεί το δέρμα μου με το ημιμόνιμο. Την αδερφή μου από την άλλη μεριά, την ανέλαβε στην αρχή για το λιμάρισμα μια κοπέλα που έκανε την πρακτική της και ήταν ευγενέστατη αν και μια άλλη κοπέλα της την έλεγε για το παραμικρό (απαράδεκτο να 'επιτίθεσαι' σε κάποια που κάνει την πρακτική της.. απλά απαράδεκτο). Τα νύχια της της τα λίμαρε στραβά, αλλά αυτό δεν ήταν το πρόβλημα γιατί η κοπέλα εκπαιδεύεται. Το θέμα ήταν ότι αφού της λίμαρε τα νύχια την έστειλαν στην κοπέλα που έκανε και τα δικά μου και η συγκεκριμένη αντί να της τα φτιάξει, την παράτησε με τα στραβά λιμαρισμένα νύχια γιατί βιαζόταν. Το να κάνεις την πρακτική σου και να κάνεις κάποιο λάθος είναι λογικό, αλλά η άλλη γιατί δεν της τα έφτιαξε από τη στιγμή που τα είδε ότι είναι στραβά? Για να τα 'ακούσει' η 'καινούργια' κοπέλα από τον πελάτη? Η συμπεριφορά αυτή είναι απαράδεκτη ...Η καινούρια να κάνει λάθος είναι λογικό και αποδεκτό από εμένα σαν πελάτισσα , αλλά όταν σε στέλνουν σε παλιά και δεν το διορθώνει ενώ είναι εμφανές το λάθος είναι απαράδεκτο. It makes sense to do your practice and make a mistake, but why didn't the other one fix it for her from the moment she saw that it was wrong? For the 'new' girl to 'hear' them from the client? This behavior is unacceptable ... The new one to make a mistake is logical and acceptable to me as a customer, but when they send you to the old one and it does not correct it while it is obvious the mistake is unacceptable.
