★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το παιχνίδι που αγόρασα ήταν ελαττωματικό (έλειπε ένα εξάρτημα). Μου είπαν ότι θα μιλήσουν με τον κατασκευαστή κ θα με παρουν αργότερα την ίδια μέρα. Δε με πήραν ποτέ.
Μετά από 8 δικά μου τηλεφωνα κ ένα μήνα, (λέγαν ότι θα με πάρουν αλλά πάντα επρεπε να ξαναπαρω εγώ), τους ζήτησα τα λεφτά μου πίσω κ να επιστρεψω το παιχνίδι. Αρνήθηκαν, αντιπρότειναν να πάρω κάτι άλλο. Μου είπαν ότι δεν εχουν ευθύνη για το πρόβλημα: "σας πουλήσαμε το κουτί όπως μας το έδωσε η κατασκευάστρια". Επίσης είπαν ότι χάσαν το τηλέφωνό μου, κ θίχτηκαν που η στάση τους μου φάνηκε αντι-επαγγελματική.
Τώρα ψάχνω να βρω αλλού αυτό που περιμένει το παιδι ένα μήνα.
The toy I bought was defective (one accessory was missing). I was told they would talk to the manufacturer and pick me up later that day. They never took me.
After 8 of my own phones and a month, (they said they would take me but I always had to take it again), I asked them for my money back and to return the game. They refused, they suggested I get something else. I was told that they are not responsible for the problem: "we sold you the box as the manufacturer gave it to us". They also said that they lost my phone, and they were upset that their attitude seemed anti-professional to me.
Now I am looking to find elsewhere what the child has been waiting for a month.
