★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η ιδιοκτήτρια κυρία Βάσω είναι απλός άνθρωπος, ευγενική, φιλόξενη και τυπική στο συχνό καθαρισμό των ενοικιαζόμενων δωματίων.
Η θέση του οικοπέδου στο χωριό Λούτσα είναι προνομιακή, το δεύτερο οικόπεδο - κτίσμα στην αρχή του χωριού στην αριστερή πλευρά.
Η θέα από την μπροστινή πλευρά είναι πανοραμική, με απέραντη θέα στο Ιόνιο Πέλαγος.
Τα δωμάτια όμως είναι απλά στοιχειώδη. Είναι δίχωρα, και στη μέση έχουν πάγκο κουζίνας με μικρή ηλεκτρική φοιτητική κουζίνα, η παλιά κλασσική και απέναντι το μπάνιο.
Στα δωμάτια, το ένα έχει φτηνό προβληματικό κλιματιστικό και στο άλλο δωμάτιο, έχει τηλεόραση, δηλ. τα δωμάτια δεν έχουν και από τα δύο παραπάνω αναφερόμενα.
Οι σίτες των παραθύρων είναι φτηνές και ευαίσθητες.
Τα ξύλινα έπιπλα είναι τα κλασσικά απλά, παλαιού τύπου.
Αυτό που προσδίδει αξία είναι η θέα και το αρκετά μεγάλο οικόπεδο με ελιές που προσφέρουν το ίσκιο τους για τα αυτοκίνητα.
Χρειάζονται βελτιώσεις.

The location of the plot in the village of Loutsa is privileged, the second plot - building at the beginning of the village on the left side.
The view from the front is panoramic, with a vast view of the Ionian Sea.
But the rooms are just basic. They are two-room, and in the middle they have a kitchen counter with a small electric student kitchen, the old classic one and opposite the bathroom.
In the rooms, one has a cheap problem air conditioner and in the other room, it has a TV, ie the rooms do not have both of the above.
Window screens are cheap and delicate.
The wooden furniture is the classic simple, old type.
What adds value is the view and the large enough plot with olive trees that offer their shade for the cars.
Improvements are needed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We rented a two-bedroom apartment this summer, overall it was quite expensive for the location and the age of the building.
Good: Clean, spacious, landlord
Bad: Expensive, 2 rooms one air condition(landlord gave us a fan because it was too hot), old windows(didn't lock), tv too high couldn't see when lied on the bed!
