Α	Ανδρονίκη Δημητράτου on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η χειρότερη εξυπηρέτηση όλων....περιμένω δύο βδομάδες να μου στείλουν την κάρτα μου,έδωσα τη διεύθυνση της Αθήνας και την στείλανε στο νησί μου τους παίρνω τηλέφωνο εδώ και τρεις μέρες και δεν απαντάνε απαράδεκτοι όσο δεν πάει....ανάγκη να χεις θα πεθάνεις με το σύστημα τους ντροπή τους!!!!! Worst service of all .... I wait two weeks for them to send me my card, I gave the address of Athens and they sent it to my island I call them three days ago and they do not answer unacceptably until it goes .... need to have you will die with their system shame on them !!!!!
Σ	ΣΤΥΛΙΑΝΟΣ ΣΤΥΛΙΑΝΟΣ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Α-ΠΑ-ΡΑ-ΔΕ-ΚΤΗ τράπεζα. Κατέθεσα χρήματα στο ΑΤΜ, μού παρακράτησε 20€ ως "ύποπτο", κάνω ακύρωση συναλλαγής, επανακαταθέτω τα υπόλοιπα "γνήσια" κατά το ΑΤΜ και μού ξανακρατάει άλλο ένα 20ευρο ξανά ως "ύποπτο". Διαμαρτυρήθηκα πολύ έντονα σε υπάλληλο διότι ΚΑΝΈΝΑ χαρτονόμισμα δεν ήταν πλαστό και μού υποσχέθηκε πως αντίπροχθες τήν Δευτέρα, θα με πάρουν τηλέφωνο για να με ενημερώσουν. Όσο με πήρε ο Άγιος Βασίλης με πήραν και αυτοί. Τώρα θα πρέπει να ξαναπάω στην τράπεζα, να ξαναχάσω χρόνο εργασίας και να ξαναβρίζω από μέσα μου, επειδή αυτοί είναι λάλα μου αηδόνι μου λάλα μου... Επιεικώς απαράδεκτοι!!! A-PA-RA-DE-KTI bank. I deposited money at the ATM, retained my $ 20 as a "suspect", canceled the transaction, reinstated the other "genuine" at the ATM and retained another 20 days again as a "suspicious". I complained very strongly to an employee that NO banknote was fake and promised me that on Monday, they would call me to let me know. As much as Santa Claus took me, they took me too. V	Vicky Ts on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Άθλια εξυπηρέτηση, είχα ραντεβού κλεισμένο εδώ και 2 περίπου εβδομάδες και μσς είπαν ότι δεν το έχουν σημειώσει. Το χειρότερο υποκατάστημα. Poor service, I had an appointment booked about 2 weeks ago and they told me they had not noted it. The worst branch.

D	D L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτοι όλοι εκεί μέσα, αισθάνεσαι χειρότερα από το Δημόσιο… οι περισσότεροι με μούτρα !!!κοιτάνε πως κ πως να σε διώξουν απο κει μέσα με τρόπο αντί να σε Εξυπηρετήσουν … Όπως πάνε κρίμα θα κλείσει κ αυτό , και μένω παρά πολυ κοντά με την εθνική τράπεζα !! Unacceptable everyone in there, you feel worse than the State… most of them with grimaces !!! they look at how and how to get you out of there in a way instead of serving you… National Bank !!
Α	Ανδριάνα Τουρλίδα on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Προσωπικά τηλεφώνησα και αμέσως απαντήθηκε η κλήση μου, μου έκλεισαν το πρώτο διαθέσιμο ραντεβού και μου εξήγησαν και τα δικαιολογητικά που χρειάζομαι!ελπιζω να εξυπηρετηθώ το ίδιο και στο ραντεβού μου! I personally called and my call was answered immediately, they made the first available appointment and they explained to me the documents I need! I hope to be served the same in my appointment!
