M	Maria P. Ntini -Μαρία Π. Ντίνη- on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Την Δευτέρα 5/7/2021 περίμενα από τις 12 έξω από το υποκατάστημα στη Μακεδονίας να εξυπηρετηθώ. Φυσικά και δεν ήρθε κανείς κ δεν μοιράστηκαν αριθμοί για σειρά προτεραιότητας. Γύρω στα 10 άτομα περιμέναμε κ μετά από περίπου μία ώρα επιτρέψαν την είσοδο στους δύο πρώτους (από τους 10 που περιμέναμε εκείνη την ώρα συνολικά ). Στις 2:01 βγηκε ενας υπάλληλος να μας πει "κλείσαμε". Σαφώς !!! Και όταν τον ρώτησα γιατί δε μας ενημέρωσε να μη περιμενουμε δύο ώρες άσκοπα μου απάντησε το θεϊκό : "και πού να το γνώριζα ;" Οι υπάλληλοι με τη νοοτροπία του ΔΥ αιωνίως !!! Συγνώμη , αλλά σε οποιαδήποτε άλλη τράπεζα εξυπηρετούμαι σαφώς καλύτερα ! Δεν αξίζετε κ λυπάμαι που το λέω αλλά δικαιολογημένα κλείνετε κύριοι πολλά υποκαταστήματα ! Γιατί οι ίδιοι τα κλείνετε πρώτα !!!Αρκετά ταλαιπωρείτε τον κόσμο ! Δεν μας αξίζει κάτι τέτοιο ! On Monday 5/7/2021 I was waiting from 12 o'clock outside the branch in Macedonia to be served. Of course no one came and numbers were not distributed for priority order. Around 10 people waited and after about an hour they allowed the first two to enter (out of the 10 we were waiting at that time in total). At 2:01 an employee came out to tell us "we closed". Clearly !!! And when I asked him why he did not inform us not to wait two hours in vain, the divine answered me: "and how should I know?" The employees with the mentality of DY forever !!! Sorry, but I'm clearly better served at any other bank! You do not deserve it and I'm sorry to say that but justifiably you close many branches! Why do you close them yourself first !!! You bother the people a lot! We do not deserve such a thing!
n	nikos kolympianakis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το προσωπικό είναι πρόθυμο κι εξυπηρετικό,γεγονός απρόσμενο που με εξέπληξε ευχάριστα.Εξυπηρετηθηκα με ραντεβού με μια μικρή καθυστέρηση,αλλά όλοι οι υπάλληλοι ήταν απασχολημένοι.Πιστευω πως το προσωπικό είναι λίγο για την πελατεία.Υπαρχει διάθεση,αλλά όχι τα μέσα. The staff is willing and helpful, an unexpected fact that pleasantly surprised me. I was served by appointment with a slight delay, but all the staff were busy. I think the staff is a little for the clientele. There is a mood, but not the means.

Γ	Γουλα Σορφανε on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Θα ήταν καλά να σήκωναν το τηλέφωνο που και που για να μπορέσουμε να κλείσουμε έστω ένα ραντεβού. Αναρωτιέμαι αν θα σηκώσουν πότε αυτό το τηλέφωνο. Αποφάσισα να γράψω και εγώ το παράπονο μου ενώ περιμένω να σηκώσουν το τηλέφωνο....αλλά που τέτοια τύχει. Πόσες φορές πρέπει να πάρει κανείς τηλέφωνο για να απαντήσουν; Ελπίζω τα μηνύματα μας να τα βλέπουν οι αρμόδιοι ούτως ώστε να διορθωθεί αυτη η κατάσταση. A	Anti goni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Επισκέφτηκα το κατάστημα κατόπιν ραντεβού για ενημέρωση πάνω σε επενδυτικά προϊόντα. Η υπάλληλος (Μ.Δ.) πού με εξυπηρέτησε ήταν πλήρως καταρτισμένη και ευγενική. θά επισκεφτώ εκ νέου το κατάστημα και για άλλα προϊόντα. I visited the store by appointment for information on investment products. The employee (MD) who served me was fully trained and polite. I will visit the store again for other products.
K	Kostas Stathakis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Είναι τραγικό ότι κάθε βδομάδα καποιο απο τα δύο atm δε θα λειτουργεί και δεν εκτυπώνει καμία απόδειξη με αποτέλεσμα αφού δεν ενημερωνει για τη μη ύπαρξη χαρτιού , όποιος θέλει να δει το υπολοιπο του να ξανακανει τη διαδικασια από την αρχή. Ή αλλάξτε τα μηχανήματα ή φτιάξτε τα. It is tragic that every week one of the two atm will not work and will not print any receipt with the result since it does not inform about the non-existence of paper, anyone who wants to see the rest to do the process again from the beginning. Either change the machines or repair them.

In NBG of Petroupoli, I opened my accounts very quickly, employees and especially Mrs M.D put her best effort to help me, she guided me in every step and very quickly. I also tried with other banks, but unfortunately the bureaucracy of other banks didn't help.
