★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το δεύτερο υποκατάστημα Εθνικής Τράπεζας στην Δράμα. Το πρώτο είναι στην οδό Μεγάλου Αλεξάνδρου. Πολύ καλή εξυπηρέτηση από το προσωπικό. Έχει δύο μηχανήματα ΑΤΜ. Υπάρχει μηχάνημα που δίνει αριθμό προτεραιότητας.
The second branch of the National Bank of Greece in Drama. The first one is on Alexander the Great. Very good service by staff. It has two ATM machines. There is a machine that gives a priority number.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτη η συμπεριφορά των υπαλλήλων, ανήκω σε άλλο δήμο και το μόνο που ζήτησα ήταν μια ενημέρωση λογαριασμού και ως απάντηση έλαβα το " γιατί ήρθατε εδώ και να το κάνετε εκεί που ανήκετε" ο τρόπος αγενής και απαξιωτικός
Unacceptable behavior of employees, I belong to another municipality and all I asked for was an account update and in response I received the "why did you come here and do it where you belong" way rude and disparaging

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Οτι χειροτερο Υπαρχει!!!! Ενας κύριος ηταν εξυπηρετικοτατος στο ταμείο κ προσπάθησε να βοηθήσει κατα τα αλλά οι υπάλληλοι υπάλληλοι τραγικοι!! Ξεκάθαρο σφάλμα της τράπεζας και μου λένε να περιμένω ως το Σεπτέμβρη για άνοιγμα ενος λογαριασμού, αν όμως είναι μισθοδοσίας τοτε οι διαδικασίες γίνονται πιο γρήγορα!! Απλα απαραδεκτοι!!
The worst There is !!!! A gentleman was very helpful at the checkout and tried to help but the staff were tragic !! Clear mistake of the bank and they tell me to wait until September to open an account, but if it is payroll then the procedures are faster !! Just unacceptable !!
