Deposit money and do not appear in the account. Or problematic ATMs or some people try to dive money !!

Z	Zina Karasavidou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Για να ανοίξω έναν λογαριασμό ταλαιπωρηθηκα τόσο πολύ πηγαίνοντας και χωρίς να εξυπηρετηθω όπως αρμόζει σε κάθε πολίτη στο υυποκατάστημα Βουλας που μου το έκαναν τόσο δύσκολο και αναγκάστηκα να πάω δύο φορές. Ένα μεγάλο ευχαριστώ στην Κυρ.Πολιζου φανηκε να γνωρίζει πολύ καλά τη δουλειά της στο κατάστημα Γλυφάδας Μέσα σε 5 λεπτά εξυπηρετηθηκα χωρίς ραντεβου και κατάλαβα τελικά είναι θέμα υπαλλήλου και όχι της Τράπεζας. To open an account I suffered so much going and without being served as befits every citizen in the Voula branch that made it so difficult for me and I had to go twice. A big thank you to Ms. Polizou seemed to know very well her work in the Glyfada store. Within 5 minutes I was served without an appointment and I finally understood that it is a matter of an employee and not of the Bank.

Έξω ουρά 15 ατομων απο την Τράπεζα από επί μισή ακόμα και μια ώρα στο κρύο και τη βροχή και από μέσα ειτε με κάμερες είτε από τα παράθυρα, καμμία ενημέρωση αν τελικά θα εξυπηρετηθουμε λόγω λήξης ωραρίου. Η προσωποποίηση της αγένειας! They are tragic !. Unacceptable "service" !. Outside queue of 15 people from the Bank for half and even an hour in the cold and rain and from inside either with cameras or from the windows, no information if we will be served due to late hours. Sad that all they care about is collecting fees and money, but do not care about the most important role they have...customer care and and satisfaction.
