Take 3 to 4 days. Walk in the mountains eat at the cheap taverns.
You will find many places to spend there. Don't miss it. It's still not so touristic

Coming from the beach this way is just so amazing. The mountains and the views it's just fantastic. Visit the monasteries and villages and do some hikes it'd magnificent.
