★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μια ντροπή της κρατικής μηχανής!! Φτάσαμε οικογενειακός από την Κρήτη βλέποντας πάντα πως είναι ανοιχτό!! Περίπου 2 ώρες οδήγησης από την Καστοριά για να καταλάβουμε πως είναι όλα κλειστά και χωρίς καμία απολύτως πληροφόρηση και σήμανση!!!
Ντροπή σας υπεύθυνοι - ανεύθυνοι τού πάρκου και όλοι πού ασχολείστε και κατατρώτε τον εθνικό μας πλούτο!!

 A shame of the state machine !! We arrived as a family from Crete, always seeing that it is open !! About 2 hours drive from Kastoria to understand that everything is closed and without any information and signage !!!
Shame on you responsible - irresponsible of the park and all where you are engaged and devour our national wealth !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ένα πάρκο με άκρως κατατοπιστικό υλικό για την ιστορία της σύγχρονης Ελλάδας και κυρίως για την περίοδο του εμφυλίου. Δυστυχώς, δεν υπάρχει ούτε ξεναγός, ούτε στοιχειώδης υποδοχή στο χώρο. Σε υποδέχεται ένα άτομο που απλώς ανάβει τα φώτα στον εκθεσιακό χώρο και παραμένει με εμφανή την ανυπομονησία να φύγει ο επισκέπτης. Κι όλα αυτά, όταν φτάνεις εκεί μετά από αρκετή ταλαιπωρία μέσω μιας εξαιρετικά δύσκολης διαδρομής.
A park with highly informative material for the history of modern Greece and especially for the period of the civil war. Unfortunately, there is neither a guide nor a basic reception on site. You are greeted by a person who just turns on the lights in the showroom and remains visibly eager to leave the visitor. And all this when you get there after a lot of trouble through an extremely difficult route.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Save for two very large rooms covered by an unappealing collage of photos, this place is more of a lodge than a memorial for one of Greece's bloodiest eras and therefore, I feel, it is largely irrelevant and doesn't pay tribute to the civil war; more so it seems like a really bad excuse for somebody to take up a pristine part of a forest and turn it into a resort in the name of Greece's darkest hour. Even more, it is unclear where funding came from to build it. It fills me with sorrow.
