Η ομάδα αυτή, πέντε αγόρια και μία κοπέλα, συνελήφθησαν από τις κατοχικές δυνάμεις σε ένα σπίτι της οδού Γενναίου Κολοκοτρώνη. Αμέσως κηρύχθηκε “μπλόκο” σε όλη την περιοχή, οι νεαροί μεταφέρθηκαν στο τέρμα της οδού Σικελίας και εκτελέστηκαν. Τα ονόματά τους ήταν : Κούλα Αγγελή, Μάρκος Γαβαλάς, Κώστας Δημητριάδης, Τάσος Ιωαννίδης, Πέτρος Καπότας και Παύλος Παπακωνσταντίνου. Θα μπορούσε να είναι ένας χώρος αναψυχής και παιχνιδότοπου. Οι αλλοδαποί που μαζεύονται πίνοντας μπύρες και φωνάζοντας, δεν το επιτρέπουν αυτό. Η καθαρίστρια του Δήμου κάθε πρωί το καθαρίζει, αλλά μέχρι την επομένη βρωμίζει. Θέλει προσοχή από τους περίοικους και τον Δήμο ο οποίος δεν ενδιαφέρεται ιδιαιτέρως. ENVIRONMENT OF NATIONAL RESISTANCE A tragic event in the history of the park was the execution of six young eponites, which took place on August 29, 1944. This group, five boys and a girl, were arrested by the occupying forces in a house on Gennaiou Kolokotroni Street. A "blockade" was immediately declared throughout the area, the young people were taken to the end of Sikelias Street and executed. Their names were: Koula Aggeli, Markos Gavalas, Costas Dimitriadis, Tassos Ioannidis, Petros Kapotas and Pavlos Papakonstantinou. It could be a place for recreation and play. The aliens who gather drinking beers and shouting do not allow this. The cleaner of the Municipality cleans it every morning, but until the next day it gets dirty. Πολύ συχνό φαινόμενο να αφήνουν οι ιδιοκτήτες λυμένα τα σκυλιά τους και αυτά να γαβγίζουν και να επιτίθενται στους περαστικούς. (κάποιοι ιδιοκτήτες ζητούν και ένα συγγνώμη άλλοι αδιάφοροι ή σε βρίζουν κιόλας γιατί αγανάκτησες με το σκυλάκι τους) Αρκετά και τα περιττώματα, δυστυχώς η αστυνομία δεν κάνει τίποτα... A small park in Koukaki, could be picturesque and nice for a walk but the dogs enjoy it. It is a very common phenomenon for owners to leave their dogs untied and for them to bark and attack passers-by. (some owners apologize and others are indifferent or even curse you because you were indignant with their dog) Enough feces, unfortunately the police do nothing ...
