Nice store, many things you can buy for souvenirs, and good prices.

Liked the products but the service wasn't very good to be honest. The store clerks were condescending, overall not a place I'd recommend.

Super! I like that consultants here aren't disturbing me while I look at products.

I would avoid this place. They seem to be very selective with their customers. I overheard a conversation in Greek from the owners talking about non Greek speaking customers which I didn't think was professional at all (Note I can speak fluent Greek). Every customer should be treated with respect no matter where they are from or what language they speak.

In response to the business: Please release the tape as it would show the customer paying for the products, and then a second purchase taking place being paid for. You will also see the customer coming back to pay for the soap she forgot was under her arm. You will see the shop attendant typing 250 euros in her calculator demanding payment. This is not defamation. This is an accurate recount of the events that occurred. If I could give 0 stars to the people and service of this store I would, and i wouldnt give a negative review unless it should be noticed! However I am completely and utterly disgusted not just by the customer service but who the people are who work in this store! I have never seen anything like this before. While shopping in this store, i witnessed a customer who had bought several items which seemed like she had spent a fair amount of money. She left the store only to return 10 mins later. The customer admittedly and genuinely forgot she had one item - a bar of soap which she kept under her arm as her hands were full when paying for the items. She wanted to pay for the item which she mistakenly forgot to pay. Both the male (who was on the phone the whole time) and female shop attendant (blond hair) started to call the customer a thief coercing her into paying saying she must pay 100 euros and if she didn't that they would call the police. I could not ignore this situation as they were causing a scene for everyone to witness. After watching as a bystander how these shop assistants were handing this situation i had to intervene. I mentioned that I saw the customer purchasing several products and why would she return to pay for a 2 euro soap if she wanted to steal it after all the goods she purchased. This poor customer started to cry and panic as she was a tourist and was being labelled a thief by the shop attendants who kept saying police were coming to arrest her. The shop attendants did not allow for any reason and by showing her a calculator with the figure which they said at first that she must pay for 100 which now said on the calculator for 250 euros. I was stunned and completely shocked. This was all recorded on tape which the shop attendant replayed in front of people which showed nothing but an accidental mistake yet they were blackmailing a customer who committed and honest mistake which she tried to rectify. These people are not nice. They are inhumane scammers trying to rip tourists off. This is the most poor and lowest form of human behaviour. Even the way they handled this was not only embarrassing for the customer but to the people witnessing this. I hope no one ever has to go through this as a customer, tourist or as a witness and this business and the people representing this business should be ABSOLUTELY ashamed of themselves.

There is no denying that they probably have some nice products, but they are not the only one that sells nice stuff around the area if you walk further there are more interesting and cheaper products. I don't like the staff that working there, not friendly at all in fact they are rude and arrogant. They have to be trained the proper customer service.

i really liked the products in the store and wanted to ask a questions regarding the ingredients as it would have been the perfect gift to a friend, but no one offered any assistance at all. Both shop keepers, were ignorant and unwelcoming. One man on the phone was on the phone for 25 mins and would only talk to the other shop keeper lady when she was in the store meanwhile she was in and out of the shop to talk to the man in the shop next door. I went to the shop further down! I was really disappointed.

So for all the people who like to read this. You should definitely read this!! If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Last week i visited this store. I had a great day and wanted to buy some nice products. I went in and I wanted some information about the products before I bought them. The guy who was working there was talking to me in Greek. As I was talking English he only replied in Greek. As I didn't understand the language I saw that be became frustrated. He yelled at me in Greek and he was turning red. He was so unprofessional. He pointed at me. I became a little bit afraid because this guy his face was so red and he looked so angry. He walked toward me still yelling and I just became afraid. At one point I just left.I didn't know what happened. What was a great day ended in a horrible day. I had to cry when I was walking back to my place. To all all the people who want to go here, don't do it! They are so unfriendly and horrible to their customers. I bet there are way better stores were you can buy even better products. PS: they should fire this guy for being unfriendly and unprofessional. I hope he reads this, so that he can learn from this.
