Πολλά από τα προϊόντα τους μπορείτε να τα βρείτε σε ιστοσελίδες όπως το Ali Express και να τα παραγγείλετε από την Κίνα με πολύ λιγότερο κόστος. Σε αντίθεση με το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα που αδιαφορεί πλήρως για την λειτουργία των προϊόντων του και κατηγορεί τους πελάτες για φθορά ενός ολοκαίνουργιου αντικειμένου που μόλις βγήκε από το κουτί, εκεί θα μπορέσετε να πάρετε πίσω τα χρήματά σας εάν το προϊόν είναι ελαττωματικό. Poor value for money. They refuse to replace or repair defective products just purchased. Bad service with ironic comments. Many of their products can be found on websites like Ali Express and you can order them from China at a much lower cost. Unlike this particular store that is completely indifferent to the operation of its products and blames customers for the wear of a brand new item that just came out of the box, there you will be able to get your money back if the product is defective.

S	Serafeima Lazaru on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αγόρασα λάμπες Sun υποτίθεται γνήσιες από της πεντε λάμπες οι τρεις βγήκαν off μέσα σε 6 μήνες. Εγγύηση 1 χρόνο λέει σε πλακέτα μόνο (τι εννουν δεν κατάλαβα ποτε) .Στις δύο λάμπες τα φωτάκια παίζουν ντίσκο και δεν κάνει καλή επαφή το καλώδιο ,στην αλλά λάμπα κάηκε ενα από τα ψηφιακα νούμερα και δεν ξέρω αν λέει 80" ή 50"(πλακέτα δεν είναι αυτό?)και η απάντηση είναι ότι δεν καλύπτεται από την εγγύηση και να το δει μόνο (επαναλαμβάνω μόνο να ρίξει μια ματιά ) ο τεχνικός θέλει 10€ μετά το κόστος ανεβαίνει!!! Τραγικό σοβαρή εταιρία μετά! Καμία εμπιστοσύνη πια! I bought Sun bulbs supposedly genuine out of the five bulbs the three went off within 6 months. 1 year warranty says on board only (I never understood what they mean). In the two lamps the lights play disco and the cable does not make good contact, in the other lamp one of the digital numbers burned out and I do not know if it says 80 "or 50" ( board is not this?) and the answer is that it is not covered by the warranty and to see it only (I repeat only to take a look) the technician wants 10 € after the cost goes up !!! Tragic serious company after! No confidence anymore!
