Naxian on the Beach - Stellida

My wife and I spent 9 nights at Naxian on the Beach. We could not have asked for more! Everything was perfect. The location and rooms were just what we were looking for, it had a laid back bohemian beach feel. The staff went above and beyond in every way to make our stay perfect. I have never stayed at a hotel with staff as dedicated as those at Naxian. Although we wanted to get out try other places to eat on the island we kept coming back to eat at the hotel because it was by far the best food we had. We ended up eating there 3 of the 9 nights and each of those meals was amazing. Beach service and cabanas were perfect. All in all great hotel! Highly recommend!

Lovely experience! Clean modern rooms with character, great host Henry who manages the hotel, fantastic restaurant and cocktails!! The beach is spectacular and there is cabana service!

This beach is awesome!! Especially, if you love house music. Guests at the hotel have access to the front row cabanas and you get complimentary water. Water is crisp and clear. Poolside cocktails are delicious. Breakfast is included in your stay, we enjoyed it. Reception goes above and beyond to be helpful! We got assistance with a few reservations and helpful information. Room is a bit sparse. There is barely a door to the bathroom (it's a sheet of glass that doesn't close). Very limited privacy. Although, you can open a window in the bathroom for better ventilation. There was no 'do not disturb sign' which was a bit odd. We were interrupted by the maid a few times during a nap. Overall, relaxed beachy air bnb feel accomodation in Naxos.

Had an incredible stay here with my partner. It was the last leg of our trip after visiting Milos and Folegandros and it was the perfect way to end it. From the moment we got to the hotel, we were greeted with incredible cocktails. The staff made sure everything was perfect during our stay. The hotel itself is lovely and small with a prime location. The beach is stunning, guests all have their own cabana available right by the water. The beach is perfectly sandy and calm. The food and particularly the cocktails at Tortuga were amazing. Could not have been happier to end our trip there.

Having attempted to contact Naxian over the past week via phone, email and social media, they have consistently ignored requests for a refund they are legally required to pay from 2020. We booked to go on holiday in May 2020, paying a deposit however choosing Free Cancellation. COVID lockdown occurred and so we cancelled our booking. Greece had stated that if they wished, hotels could keep monies for 18 months and either refund after 18 months, or the client would be able to use a voucher during this period. We opted for a refund and have not used a voucher. Their owner/manager Konstantinos Karamanis stated that they would be in touch before the 18 months to organise the refund, which has not been done. I understand the difficulty the hospitality industry has faced recently, and so whilst the government’s choice to allow businesses to keep client’s money without offering a service is very odd and frustrating, I can understand why. However not paying the money back is wholly unacceptable and illegal. I would not recommend booking with this firm as they will look to keep any money possible.

We spent our honeymoon at the Naxian on the Beach. Our room is very modern and we have a small whirlpool on our balcony which is great for a quick dip in the evening. The beach is the nicest we have ever been to and hotel guests have a front row sunbed and you get food and drinks served by extremely friendly staff! Also the included breakfast is really really great! All the staff are very professional and friendly! Thank you for a great time!

This was our first time in Naxos, and we had the best time! Naxian on the Beach is top notch. The rooms are stylish and comfortable, but with a beautiful island like Naxos, you won't be spending too much time in your room. The included breakfast is delicious, and George always took great care of us. Vaso gave us some excellent recommendations for sightseeing around the island. I highly recommend renting a car. The beach accommodations are wonderful. Yanni and Angelo were awesome, and they worked so hard to provide excellent service. I would definitely recommend this hotel. You can't beat the level of service and proximity to the beach. I hope to come back soon! -George & Emily T

Naxian on the beach was our favorite stop on our trip to Greece. It is the perfect beach location. Private but walkable to other restaurants. The beach is beautiful and has cabanas for hotel guests with the ability to order lunch and drinks. The hotel restaurant, Tortuga was delicious. The staff here was intentional and went above and beyond to make our experience perfect. The room was nice and very large with a wonderful view. We will definitely be returning!
