D	Dimitris Pirris on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best in naxos island. It combines luxury and privacy and the location is ideal as it is 10 minutes with the car from the center of the town and five minutes from the famous Ag. Prokopios beach.
F	Free spirit on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm here now. Room was very clean bed good Aircon unit. It's empty here at the complex guess it due to travel restrictions. Tad disappointed with the lunch I ordered off their menu, see picture below.

It was quiet at night and right at the beach. Just two steps to plenty of restaurants. The room was very clean and I loved the art and lovely smell along the hotel. I would recommend..
N	Nuno Cruz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naxos Palace could be an ok 3 star hotel but doesn't have enough arguments for the 4 star category. The space is ok but is needing some maintenance - small details like ruined chairs at the balcony, flush not working properly, floor of the swimming pool skinning off, etc.. They do not have a restaurant, instead they offer a delivery service - the delivery menu is quite limited, they could arrange some sort of protocol with local taverns and offer to the guests at least medium quality menu and food. The breakfast was quite ok, perhaps not 4 start quality but was not the weakest point of the hotel. In regards to the staff I have nothing but good words to say, all very helpful and kind, making an effort to run the hotel on a 4 start standard. Perhaps the latest covid crisis has ripped them off on resources, Naxos Palace is an ok "used to be" 4 star hotel.

Will definitely not recommend it to people who wants to stay here in Naxos! -NOT WORTH THE PRICE! -poor customer service! They will let you wait for an hour just for a drink! -worst thing is they’ve accepted “wedding celebration” at the pool without informing all the guests!!!!! And take note! Its an open area where all of the rooms in their hotel can hear everything! You cannot even enjoy the balcony because of the loud music!!! -“receptionists” if you try to call them they are not friendly at all! -they don’t even give a toothbrush even though you payed a lot! -don’t even have a kettle inside the room! Not even an instant coffee! -towels are dirty! -bed sheets smells like dogs (i love dogs but i dont like that they didn’t clean the sheets nicely.) And guess what! It’s a 4 star hotel! ?

Parking for your rental car to enjoy visiting the island. The hostel is 10minutes by car to naxos main city. Breakfast is average, the greek food is fine, so eat local...

We were a group in half board and the food was delicious. Staff are also very helpful and polite. The only improvement would be to improve the wifi connection.
C	Corey Szumski on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a gorgeous hotel. The rooms are very nice and very private. They all seemed to have a private balcony. The pools are very nice and kept extremely clean. The breakfast was great, with lots of yummy options. The only slight negative was that the WiFi was not strong enough to reach into our room, but it was plenty strong by the pool.
