D	Dimitra on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεν καταλαβαινω γιατι οι αξιολογησεις εδω ειναι τοσο κακες .. Η επικοινωνια με τους υπαλληλους ηταν εξαιρετικη και γρηγορη, απλο λογο, μια χαρα. Το δεμα γρηγορα έέφθασε χωρις κανενα προβλημα. Εξυπηρετικοι ανθρωποι και σβελτα. I do not understand why the evaluations here are so bad .. The communication with the employees was excellent and fast, simple reason, fine. The parcel arrived quickly without any problems. Helpful people and svelte.

I bought an earring that was defective so it makes sense to demand a change and not only did it not change me but it also blamed me from above. Unacceptable and rude staff is not worth a man to step there !!!

Η κυρια που εκανε εκεινη την ωρα τα piercing μιλουσε αποτομα και με αγένεια επειδη απλα της ειπα οτι θέλω να γινει το piercing λιγο πιο πανω. Επιπλεον οταν ζήτησα κάποια βοηθεια για να αλλαξω ενα σκουλαρικι το μονο που πηρα ηταν ενα "βάλτο μόνη σου στον καθρέφτη ". Καλό είναι να μην ενδιαφέρεστε μόνο πως θα βγάλετε χρήματα αλλά να έχετε σωστή αντιμετώπιση απέναντι στους πελάτες. I recently visited the store to make some holes in my ears and the treatment was unacceptable. The lady who did the piercings at that time spoke abruptly and rudely because I just told her that I want the piercing to be done a little higher. In addition, when I asked for some help to change an earring, all I got was a "swamp yourself in the mirror". It is good to not only be interested in how you will make money but to have the right attitude towards customers.

The press just does not know how to serve customers. Very rude and with a weft of shit. I just went in to ask about a product and only it did not offend me.

Και στα δυο καταστήματα μ' εξυπηρέτησαν με πολλή ευγένεια και μάλιστα μου βρήκαν κουμπώματα για σκουλαρίκια που είχα χάσει και δεν μου τα χρέωσαν καν. My personal experience was absolutely positive. In both stores they served me with a lot of courtesy and in fact they found fasteners for earrings that I had lost and they did not even charge me.

Ευγενικοί και πολύ εξυπηρετικοί. Πολύ μεγάλη γκάμα προιόντων, ειδικά όσον αφορά στα patches. Σίγουρα ισχύει και για ό,τι άλλο εμπορεύονται. I bought stitches from the children's eshop. All official merch, immediate shipment. We also talked on the phone about adding extra products. Polite and very helpful. Very wide range of products, especially in terms of patches. Definitely applies to everything else they trade.
