Ακόμα και όταν πήγαινε ο άλλος στο μπάνιο, του διπλανού διαμερίσματος, άκουγες τα πάντα, παρόλο που τα μπάνια δεν έχουν παράθυρο. 2ον) Η διαρρύθμιση των δωματίων δεν βολεύει καθόλου 3ον) Δεν υπάρχει οργάνωση, ούτε καν διαχειριστής με αποτέλεσμα αν υπαρχει κάποιο πρόβλημα να μην ξέρεις που να απευθυνθείς, όλα είναι στην τύχη τους. Εννοείται ότι δεν υπάρχει καθαριότητα στην πολυκατοικία, παρόλο που στα κοινόχρηστα πληρώνεις για καθαριότητα 4ον) Υπάρχει συνεχώς δυσοσμία στο μπάνιο από την αποχέτευση 5ον) Η περιοχή έχει πολλά προβλήματα, πολύ ανθυγιεινό το περιβάλλον, λόγω του βενζινάδικου που υπάρχει ακριβώς απέναντι.
