Ωστόσο, σε περίοδο lockdown που δεν μπορώ να παραλάβω μόνος μου, μού παρέδωσαν δυο χριστουγεννιάτικα αντικείμενα σπασμένα - φυσικά είναι ανθρώπινο να συμβεί.Το πρώτο δέχτηκαν και μου το αντικατέστησαν. Για το δεύτερο δεν μου απάντησαν ποτέ ούτε στη φόρμα επικοινωνίας ούτε στο κινητό τηλέφωνο. Με λύπη διαπίστωσα πως η ευγένεια σταμάτησε τη στιγμή που έγινε η παραγγελία και η πληρωμή. Ενώ λοιπόν έχουν τόσο ωραία αντικείμενα, αν και τσιμπημένες τιμές (~10% ακριβότεροι με αντίστοιχα καταστήματα με τα ίδια αντικείμενα), δε θα τους προτιμήσω ξανά.
Nice collection and very direct in communication and delivery. However, during a lockdown period that I could not pick up on my own, I was handed two broken Christmas items - of course it is human to happen. They accepted the first one and replaced it. For the second I was never answered either in the contact form or on the mobile phone. With regret I found that the courtesy stopped the moment the order and payment were made. So while they have such nice items, although stingy prices (~ 10% more expensive with similar stores with the same items), I will not prefer them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αγόρασα τα στέφανα του γάμου όπου ενώ το τελικό αποτέλεσμα ήταν ωραίο υπήρχαν διάφορα προβλήματα. Το βασικότερο πρόβλημα είναι πως στην περιγραφή των στεφάνων έλεγε ότι έχουν πέτρες σβαρόφσκι και όταν ήρθε η παραγγελία μου και είδα κάτι θολές πέτρες και τους λέω ότι δεν είναι σβαρόφσκι αυτά, μου είπαν ότι γράφουν στην περιγραφή σβαρόφσκι για να καταλάβει ο αγοραστής με τι μοιάζει αυτό που αγοράζει. Επίσης είχαν βάλει πέρλες ενώ είχα ζητήσει να μην έχει. Αφού τα επέστρεψα για να τα φτιάξουν ξανά, έβαλαν τουλάχιστον κάποιες πέτρες που γυάλιζαν. Το τελικό αποτέλεσμα ευτυχώς ήταν πολύ όμορφο, αν και όλο αυτό χρειάστηκε μήνες.
I bought the wedding wreaths where while the end result was nice there were various problems. The main problem is that in the description of the wreaths it said that they have Swarovski stones and when my order came and I saw some blurred stones and I tell them that they are not Swarovski, they told me that they write in the Swarovski description so that the buyer understands what it looks like who buys. They had also put pearls while I had asked not to have them. After I returned them to make them again, they put at least some polishing stones. The end result was fortunately very beautiful, although it all took months.
