★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Οι ΝΦΕΕΜΠ αποτελούνται από 15 κτήρια (συνολικά 550) δωμάτια στα οποία φιλοξενούνται οι φοιτητές - και μόνο- της πολυτεχνειουπολης.
Το κάθε δωμάτιο είναι από 15-25 τμ και ελαφρώς επιπλωμένο. Έχει δωρεάν θέρμανση, ρεύμα, internet (ενσυρματο) και ζεστό νερό και όλοι οι φοιτητές έχουν το δικαίωμα πλήρης σίτισης στο εστιατόριο των εστιών.
Όντας κατασκευή του 2004 μπορεί κάνεις να φανταστεί σε πόσο καλή κατάσταση βρίσκονται.
Το συγκρότημα έχει και 2 γήπεδα για την ψυχαγωγία των φοιτητών ενώ τα δωμάτια από μόνα τους θεωρώ πως μπορούν να αφήσουν ικανοποιημένο έναν φοιτητή και στην άνεση και την ασφάλεια που έχει αλλά και στον τρόπο με τον οποίο ζει, συναναστρεφόμενος με τους αλλους εστιακούς φοιτητές και αξιοποιώντας πλήρως όλες τις παρεχόμενες εγκαταστάσεις. (Τα 5 αστέρια πάνε και σε σύγκριση με όσες εστίες υπάρχουν στην Αθήνα και σε άλλες πολλές της Ελλάδας οι οποίες βρίσκονται σε μερικώς έως εντελώς άθλια κατάσταση για να καλύψουν τις βασικές ανάγκες ενός φοιτητή).
 NFEEMP consists of 15 buildings (a total of 550) rooms in which the students - and only - of the polytechnic city are hosted.
Each room is from 15-25 sqm and slightly furnished. It has free heating, electricity, internet (wired) and hot water and all students have the right to a full meal at the hearth restaurant.
Being built in 2004 you can imagine how good they are.
The complex also has 2 stadiums for student entertainment while the rooms themselves I think can leave a student satisfied with the comfort and safety he has but also with the way he lives, interacting with other student-centered students and taking advantage of fully all facilities provided. (The 5 stars also go in comparison to all the hotspots in Athens and many others in Greece which are in a partially to completely miserable condition to meet the basic needs of a student).

The relatively new fireplaces are very good, with comfortable rooms and a very nice outdoor environment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Οι καλύτερες Φοιτητικές Εστίες στην Ελλάδα.
Εξαιρετικές θα είναι το λιγότερο που μπορώ να πω. Το δωμάτιο που παρέχεται είναι αρκετά μεγάλο με δικό του ατομικό μπάνιο (το δωμάτιο περιλαμβάνει έπιπλα σε άριστη κατάσταση όπως γραφείο, βιβλιοθήκη, κρεβάτι, στρώμα). Οι κοινόχρηστοι χώροι καθαρίζονται ανά τακτά χρονικά διαστήματα (2-3 μέρες). Το προσωπικό (φύλακες, καθαρίστριες, υπεύθυνοι) είναι ευγενεστάτοι πάντα. Υπάρχουν επιπλέον χώροι άθλησης, σίτιση στο εστιατόριο των Εστιών (με πολύ καλό φαΐ) καθώς και χώροι ψυχαγωγίας σε κάθε κτήριο.
Το μόνο κακό είναι ότι ορισμένοι οικότροφοι κάποιες φορές παρεκτρέπονται και κάνουν αρκετοί φασαρία σε ώρες κοινής ησυχίας (2-4 το πρωί), αλλά αν δεν ζήσουμε αυτές τις στιγμές τώρα τότε πότε;
The best Student Homes in Greece.
Excellent will be the least I can say. The room provided is large enough with its own private bathroom (the room includes furniture in excellent condition such as desk, bookcase, bed, mattress). Public areas are cleaned at regular intervals (2-3 days). The staff (security guards, cleaners, managers) are always very polite. There are additional sports areas, food in the restaurant of Estia (with very good food) as well as entertainment areas in each building.
The only bad thing is that some interns sometimes deviate and make a lot of noise in quiet hours (2-4 in the morning), but if we do not live in these moments now then when?
