No client service. The owner who only want your money.
We booked the hotel for this summer via agoda (booking).
But the owner is too hard to communicate. Just waste money for a reservation.
!!!!! Avoid if you dont want to waste your money !!!!
The owner can easily find our reservation with the name, don’t pretend that you know nothing. We’ve had enough, that why we say NO Customer Service Spirit !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μείναμε στο διαμέρισμα Νεφέλη, το οποίο βρίσκεται ένα λεπτό μακριά από την παραλία του Λιβαδιου. Καφετεριες και μίνι μάρκετ στα 100 μέτρα! Το δωμάτιο ήταν ευρύχωρο με όλες τις απαραίτητες ανέσεις αλλά και συσκευες, όπως πιστολάκι, βραστήρα, καφετιέρα, εστίες κλπ. Το μπάνιο πανέμορφο, με μια χτιστη ντουζιέρα που είχε μόνιμα ζεστό νερό! Η πίσω αυλή κοινόχρηστη, αλλά ότι πρέπει για να απλώνεις τα ρούχα. Η ντουλαπα ευρύχωρη. Υπαρχαν αρκετοί χώροι ώστε να αποθηκεύσουμε ή να αφήσουμε τα πράγματα μας. Στην είσοδο υπάρχει άνετο τραπέζι, όπως επίσης και στον εσωτερικό χώρο του διαμερίσματος. Η γειτονιά πολύ ήσυχη. Η φιλοξενία από τους ιδιοκτήτες πολύ φιλική και πάντα πρόθυμοι να μας βοηθήσουν σε ότι και να χρειαστηκαμε. Θα το ξαναπροτιμησουμε σίγουρα την επόμενη φορά που θα μας βγάλει ο δρόμος μας στο όμορφο νησί της Σερίφου.
We stayed at Nefeli apartment, which is located a minute away from the beach of Livadi. Cafes and mini markets at 100 meters! The room was spacious with all the necessary amenities and appliances, such as hair dryer, kettle, coffee maker, stove, etc. The bathroom is beautiful, with a built-in shower that had hot water! The backyard is shared, but everything you need to spread the clothes. The closet is spacious. There was enough space to store or leave our things. At the entrance there is a comfortable table, as well as inside the apartment. The neighborhood is very quiet. The hospitality from the owners is very friendly and always willing to help us in whatever we needed. We will definitely prefer it again the next time we make our way to the beautiful island of Serifos.

It was all very nice and clean! The owners are polite and willing to serve us! I will definitely prefer it if I am on the island again !!

Ne vous fiez pas à leurs réponses. J'ai réservé une nuit via agoda.
They have a very bad client service. All they want to get your money. They don’t tolerate any human mistake. The human mistake is I booked a wrong date on a non-refundable room 2 months before the arrival. The mistake is realized in 3 minutes after it is made. Don’t trust what the owner responded, I have booked a night via Agoda not booking. When we have problem with them, even agoda couldn’t do anything with them. Very sad for them to loose dignity just for money. We have tried to negotiate with them both privately and by Agoda. The just don’t want to solve it at all.
Per Agoda said, there is no booking/ Agoda policy, it is all owner’s choice. In the situation I faced with, the owner should refund me in most cases, and they encourage them do so.
It is moral to ask people who would stay in the nigth to note; on the contray, it is immoral to leave 5-star comment by the owner.
All the voices at Agoda are recorded.
