Το άγχος μου στα κόκκινα όποτε αποφάσισα να δοκιμάσω, έχοντας διαβάσει ενδιαφέρουσες πληροφορίες για τα αποτελέσματα της μεθόδου αυτής. Επισκεφθηκα τη Νευροαναδραση Αθηνών και ενημερώθηκα πλήρως για το τι είναι και σημαίνει νευροαναδραση και ποια τα οφέλη της. Ξεκίνησα με την πρώτη καταγραφή της εγκεφαλικής μου λειτουργίας και στην συνέχεια ξεκίνησα το πρώτο μέρος της εκπαίδευσης. Είναι ο τρίτος μήνας που σταθερά κάνω την εκπαίδευση και το άγχος μου έχει μειωθεί δραματικά σε ποσοστό 80%!!! Η συνεργασία του εκπαιδευόμενου με ανθρώπους άριστα καταρτισμένους και έμπειρους τελικά μπορεί να κάνει μεγάλη διαφορα! Τα συγχαρητήρια μου στην ομάδα της Νευροαναδρασης Αθηνών και ένα μεγάλο ευχαριστώ! Having been exhausted for a year with generalized anxiety disorder, anxiety that made it difficult for me to be functional in my daily life such as at work and in my social environment, I searched and discovered the modern method of brain function training, neurodevelopment. My anxiety in red whenever I decided to try, having read interesting information about the results of this method. I visited Neurofeedback in Athens and was fully aware of what neurofeedback is and what it means and its benefits. I started with the first recording of my brain function and then started the first part of training. This is the third month I have been training consistently and my anxiety has dropped dramatically by 80% !!! The cooperation of the trainee with well-trained and experienced people can finally make a big difference! My congratulations to the Athens Neurofeedback team and a big thank you!
