+ большие кровати
+ в обеих комнатах кондиционеры
+ есть уютный внутренний дворик
+ рядом городской пляж
- (!) очень шумно: окна выходят прямо на оживленный перекрёсток с долгим светофором. Машины гудят, мотоциклы и мотороллеры резво стартуют. Спать невозможно. На выходных народ едет на тусовки с музыкой из всех окон.
- окна не изолируют от шума
- чувствуется запах выхлопных газов

- (!) It is very noisy: the windows look directly at a busy intersection with a long traffic light. Cars are buzzing, motorcycles and scooters are quick to start. It’s impossible to sleep. At the weekend, people go to parties with music from all windows.

- smell of exhaust fumes
