Και τις δύο φορές οι τεχνικοί εκαναν καλή δουλειά με επαγγελματισμό και ευγένεια. Το πρόβλημα είναι ότι είναι πολύ φιλοχρηματοι. Την δεύτερη φορά ο τεχνικός ήταν πολύ ευγενικός και εξυπηρετικος. Συνέδεσε δύο καλώδια μεταξύ τους και το πρόβλημα λύθηκε. Θα μπορούσαμε να το κάνουμε και εμείς αλλά δεν είχαμε δει την μη σύνδεση αυτών των καλωδίων. Τα δυο καλώδια ήταν ενωμένα με ένα βύσμα. Αφου κάλεσε το αφεντικό του, πληρώσαμε 20 ευρώ για 5 λεπτά δουλειάς, χωρίς απόδειξη προφανώς. Καλεσαμε το κατάστημα για να ρωτησουμε αν υπαρχει κόστος επίσκεψής οπου αρχικά μια αγενής κύρια μας ειπε όχι. Στη συνέχειά της κλήσης μας ρώτησε γιατί δεν το επιδιορθωσαμε μόνοι μας αφου ήταν τόσο εύκολο. Όταν την ρωτησαμε αν θεωρεί φυσιολογικό να πληρώσουμε 20 ευρώ για 5 λεπτά δουλειάς, μας είπε ναι. Έπειτα είπε ότι θα έπρεπε να είμαστε ευγνώμων που ο τεχνικός ήρθε στην ώρα του και μας εξυπηρετησαν μέσα σε μια μέρα από το τηλ μας. Μην κοιτάτε τους πελάτες σας στο πορτοφόλι. We have worked twice with this store for electrical faults in our home. Both times the technicians did a good job with professionalism and courtesy. The problem is that they are very greedy. The second time the technician was very polite and helpful. Connect two wires together and the problem is solved. We could do it too but we had not seen the disconnection of these cables. The two wires were connected with a plug. After calling his boss, we paid 20 euros for 5 minutes of work, obviously without a receipt. We called the store to ask if there was a cost of a visit where initially a rude lady told us no. After the call he asked us why we did not fix it ourselves since it was so easy. When we asked her if she considered it normal to pay 20 euros for 5 minutes of work, she said yes. Then he said that we should be grateful that the technician came on time and they served us within a day from our phone. Do not look at your customers in the wallet.
