I	Ilianna Vrouvaki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έμεινα πολύ δυσαρεστημένη από την πρώτη (και μοναδική) απόπειρα αγοράς από το ηλεκτρονικό κατάστημα της συγκεκριμένης επιχείρησης. Παρήγγειλα ένα πεχάμετρο στις 7/5 και ενάμιση μήνα μετά δεν έχει παραδοθεί, ενώ με διαβεβαίωναν ΚΑΘΕ ΕΒΔΟΜΑΔΑ που ΕΓΩ έπαιρνα τηλέφωνα και τους έψαχνα, ότι ο σε 5-7 ημέρες θα παραδοθεί. Είμαι πολύ απογοητεύμενη από την έλλειψη σωστής ενημέρωσης (θα έπρεπε να αναγράφεται στο διαδικτυακό κατάστημα ότι θα κάνει 2 μήνες να έρθει - ο χρόνος για τις επιχειρήσεις είναι σημαντικός παράγοντας και δε γυρνάει πίσω!) και τουλάχιστον, αφού δεν υπήρχε σωστή αρχική ενημέρωση, τις υπόλοιπες φορές που επικοινωνήσαμε (ξαναλέω με δική μου πρωτοβουλία - ΚΑΝΕΙΣ δεν ασχολήθηκε να με ενημερώσει για την εξέλιξη του αιτήματός μου), να μου έδιναν μια ειλικρινή απάντηση. I was very unhappy with the first (and only) attempt to buy from the online store of this company. I ordered a pH meter on 7/5 and a month and a half later it was not delivered, while I was assured of EVERY WEEK that I would call and ask them that it would be delivered in 5-7 days. I am very disappointed with the lack of proper information (it should be stated in the online store that it will take 2 months to come - business time is an important factor and it does not go back!) And at least, since there was no proper initial information, the rest times we contacted (I say again on my own initiative - NO ONE tried to inform me of the progress of my request), to give me an honest answer.

I have twice bought products from an extech pliers and a fluke multimeter. The delivery was immediate and the communication was excellent. I recommend it with my eyes closed for purchase.

Really do not hesitate to contact him to solve any issue and question that arises from your purchases. The company is generally far ahead for the Greek data, well done. May they continue like this, they need these in Greece.

Numerous emails sent which finally led to the response "what do you expect us to do about it" Still waiting a response to resolve, if you value customer service I would avoid this supplier.

Very few know that electromagnetic fields can and are being weaponized. While in Greece this hasn’t been a huge problem, in other parts of the world is a horrible reality. I wanted to buy a spectrum analyzer and some EMF meters. My initial investigation and self learning into how I can expose the crimes. I ended up buying all my equipment elsewhere, because this company simply refused to work with me, in spite of me having all the required capital, and quite respectable credentials. I am grateful however for their quick introduction that they gave me into the fascinating and endless field of electromagnetic measurements.
