Excellent service! The person in charge was informative, we immediately booked a meeting, he gave us many suggestions. They were consistent with the times they had given us and their crew in the installation was impeccable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μέσα σε 9 μηνες απο την εγκατάσταση ράγισε τζάμι, χωρίς δική μας ευθύνη. Καλούσαμε επι μία εβδομάδα και η απάντηση της εξυπηρέτησης πελατών ήταν πως δεν μπορούν να έρθουν να το δουν γιατί έχουν πολύ δουλειά!!
Όταν ζητήσαμε να μιλήσουμε με κάποιον υπεύθυνο μας έδωσαν τον κ.Νεκτάριο, ο οποίος μας έβαλε τις φωνές που τους πιέζουμε, μας ειπε πως μπορουν να ερθουν σε 20 μερες και αν μας αρεσει και εννοειται πως θα πληρώναμε και την επίσκεψη(!!), με τον πλέον αγενέστατο τρόπο!!
Πραγματικά απαράδεκτη εταιρεία.
Καλύτερα να επιλέξετε κάποια άλλη, αν θέλετε να βάλετε κουφώματα..
Within 9 months of installation, glass cracked, without our responsibility. We called for a week and the customer service response was that they can not come to see it because they have a lot of work !!
When we asked to talk to someone in charge, they gave us Mr. Nektarios, who gave us the voices we pressed, told us that they can come in 20 days and if we like it and of course we would pay for the visit (!!) in the most rude way !!
Really unacceptable company.
Better to choose another one, if you want to put frames ..
