The music is too loud even when it is empty during the day and you want to be able to relax there but you can’t because the music is too obtrusive, and the staff and management are consistently unfriendly. it’s unfortunate because the food is definitely improved, as has the coffee quality since I visited last several months ago. You need to be more friendly to your customers, especially those who come back.
