e	eLeNa MuSe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ενώ ξεκίνησε πολύ όμορφα η συνεργασία μας στην συνέχεια όταν χρειάστηκα service δεν ήρθαν πότε και με κορόιδευαν λέγοντας μου σήμερα-αύριο.Έτσι πέρασε μια βδομάδα και στο τέλος όταν τους ξανακάλεσα μου είπαν ότι ΜΑΛΛΟΝ θα έρθουν.Μεταφέροντας όλα αυτά στον υπεύθυνο μου τους κάλεσε ο ίδιος καθώς δεν μπορούσαμε να δουλέψουμε χωρίς εκτυπωτή και μένανε οι δουλειές πίσω. Με τα πολλά μας ενημέρωσαν ότι υπάρχει μια μικρή οφειλή (για την οποία δεν μας είχαν ενημερώσει) και γι αυτό δεν έρχονται.Να τονίσω ότι πάντα πλήρωνα στην ώρα μου όπως και ότι αν ήταν ο λόγος αυτός θα μπορούσαν να μου το πουν εξαρχής και όχι να μου λένε αύριο - μεθαύριο. Επίσης το θεωρώ προσβολή. Συνεργαζόμαστε τόσο καιρό,δεν έχω δώσει πότε δικαίωμα και συμπεριφέρονται έτσι?? Και αυτό που με εξοργίζει είναι ότι δεν με είχαν ενημερώσει νωρίτερα για την extra οφειλή που ούτε ακόμα γνωρίζω από που είναι. Έχω μάθει να συνεργάζομαι όσο μπορώ με επαγγελματίες. Οι συγκεκριμμένοι δεν ξέρουν να δουλεύουν. Από μένα αναγκαστικά 1 αστεράκι. While our cooperation started very nicely, then when I needed service they did not come when and they made fun of me, telling me today-tomorrow. So a week passed and at the end when I called them again they told me that they will probably come. Transferring all this to my manager called them same as we could not work without a printer and the work was left behind. They informed us a lot that there is a small debt (for which they had not informed us) and that is why they do not come. Let me emphasize that I always paid on time and that if that was the reason they could have told me from the beginning and not to tell me tomorrow - the day after tomorrow. I also consider it an insult. We work together for so long, I have never given the right and they behave like that ?? And what irritates me is that I was not informed earlier about the extra debt that I do not even know where it is from. I have learned to work as much as I can with professionals. These people do not know how to work. From me necessarily 1 star.

Αρχικά στο σκέλος των υπολογιστών και δικτύων πριν ακόμη τη σύσταση της εταιρείας. Με τη σύσταση της εταιρείας και την προσθήκη των προϊόντων και υπηρεσιών της Konica οι υπηρεσίες είναι πλέον πλήρεις και ολοκληρωμένες. Πέραν από τους υπολογιστές που έχω κατά καιρούς προμηθευτεί και την εξαιρετική υποστήριξή τους, έχω αγοράσει και φωτοτυπικά και εκτυπωτικά μηχανήματα που πέρα από την πολύ καλή τους ποιότητα τις λίγες φορές που έχει χρειαστεί υποστήριξη – επισκευή η εξυπηρέτηση ήταν άψογη με τη λογική ότι πρώτα από όλα γίνεται μια προσπάθεια τηλεφωνικά για την διάγνωση του προβλήματος και την πιθανή λύση του χωρίς να γίνει επίσκεψη (και χρέωση, παρόλο που έχω αγοράσει το μηχάνημα και δεν υπάρχει συμβόλαιο που να προβλέπει την δωρεάν επισκευή). Όταν έχει χρειαστεί να έρθουν στο χώρο, έχουν έρθει την επόμενη μέρα και κάθε φορά η εργασία είναι άψογη. Το σημαντικότερο πάντως από όλα είναι ότι έχω κατά καιρούς συστήσει νέους πελάτες στην Newlinetech και έχουν μείνει όλοι εξαιρετικά ικανοποιημένοι, πράγμα που είναι εξαιρετικά σημαντικό στην αγορά.
