★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. Παρέλαβα μετά από 7 εργάσιμες ημέρες.
2. Καμία σχετική ενημέρωση στο ενδιάμεσο.
3. Πλήρωσα €7,20 έξοδα αποστολής (χωρίς αντικαταβολή) για να παραλάβω στην είσοδο της πολυκατοικίας μου.
4. Πέντε από τα πενήντα κιβώτια που παρήγγειλα ήταν στραπατσαρισμένα σε βαθμό που δε μπορώ να τα χρησιμοποιήσω.
5. Η ποιότητα των κιβωτίων δεν είναι ό,τι καλύτερο μπορείς να περιμένεις.
Σημειωτέον, η παραλαβή έγινε στην Αθήνα, μόλις μερικά χιλιόμετρα από την έδρα της επιχείρησης.
Τα 2 αστεράκια νομίζω πως θα έπρεπε να τους κολακεύουν.
1. I received it within 7 business days.
2. No relevant information in between.
3. I paid € 7.20 shipping cost (no cash on delivery) to receive at the entrance of my apartment building.
4. Five of the fifty boxes I ordered were stripped to the point that I couldn't use them.
5. The quality of the boxes is not the best you can expect.
It should be noted that the delivery took place in Athens, just a few kilometers from the company's headquarters.
The 2 stars I think should flatter them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Οι πιο ψεύτικες κούτες που έχω δει. Μετακόμιση με μεταφορική 25 στις 25 κατεστραμμένες. Από θαύμα δεν χάθηκαν αντικείμενα. Η κολλητική ταινία δεν "έπιανε" με τίποτα πάνω στις κούτες. Αν δεν θέλετε να μαζεύετε τα πράγματα σας από τον δρόμο, καλύτερα να ζητήσετε κενές κούτες απ'τον μπακάλη της γειτονιάς! Και με μια απλή έρευνα αγοράς θα βρείτε φθηνότερες..
The most fake boxes I've ever seen. Removal with transport 25 out of 25 damaged. Miraculously no objects were lost. The adhesive tape did not "catch" anything on the boxes. If you do not want to pick up your things from the street, it is better to ask for empty boxes from the neighborhood grocer! And with a simple market research you will find cheaper ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τα προϊόντα είναι μια χαρα, πολύ καλή ποιότητα και τιμές!! Όμως ο υπάλληλος που μας εξυπηρέτησε στο κατάστημα ήταν αγενέστατος και απότομος. Είχαμε την παραγγελία μας γραπτώς σε e-mail και επειδή δεν ήταν ετοιμοπαράδοτα στο κατάστημα που αρχικά θέλαμε να πάμε στην Πειραιώς μας είπαν να πάμε κατευθείαν στον Κολωνο για να τα παραλάβουμε γρήγορα! Και ενώ είχαμε πάρει τηλέφωνο και είχαμε μιλήσει με τον ίδιο κύριο όταν πήγαμε εκεί δυσανασχετούσε να βρει τα πράγματα μας! Καταλαβαίνω ότι υπάρχει πίεση λόγω των ημερών, αλλά είναι σημαντικό να μην χάνουμε την ευγένεια μας. Ευτυχώς, η άλλη κοπέλα ήταν πολύ ευγενική!
The products are fine, very good quality and prices !! But the employee who served us in the store was very rude and abrupt. We had our order in writing by e-mail and because they were not ready to be delivered to the store where we initially wanted to go to Piraeus we were told to go directly to Kolonos to pick them up quickly! And while we had gotten on the phone and talked to the same gentleman when we went there he was reluctant to find our things! I understand that there is pressure because of the days, but it is important not to lose our courtesy. Fortunately, the other girl was very kind!

Δεν είναι κάνεις βάση αν βιάζεσαι και έχεις άμεση ανάγκη για τα προϊόντα
