Είχε κάποιο ελάττωμα, μετά από ένα μήνα δέχθηκαν να μου την αλλάξουν χωρίς να επιβαρυνθώ μεταφορικά επιστροφής και πολύ άμεσα είχα την καινούρια στα χέρια μου! Ευγένεια, άψογη εξυπηρέτηση και άμεση ανταπόκριση! Κρίμα που δεν είμαι κοντά... καθότι μένω στην Αθήνα, να μπορώ να το επισκέπτομαι!! I placed an online order for a backpack, a gift from my husband. It had a defect, after a month they agreed to change it for me without any shipping charges and very immediately I had the new one in my hands! Kindness, impeccable service and prompt response! Ενημέρωσα πως θέλω αντικατάσταση για το νούμερο σε παπούτσια, δεν είχαν άλλο νούμερο και είπα αν παραλάβουν σύντομα να μην γίνει επιστροφή. Εν τέλη μου είπαν ότι δεν θα παραλάβουν σύντομα, επέστρεψα το προϊόν και δεν είχε απόδειξη εξ αρχής απροσεξία μου. μου είπαν θα μου επιστρέψουν το ποσό χωρίς φπα αν δεν δώσω την απόδειξη, τους είπα αν γίνει αυτό θα κάνω αρνητική αξιολόγηση το θεώρησαν δυσφήμηση και έλαβα ενημέρωση από τον δικηγόρο τους. δεν είπα ποτέ ότι δεν έκοψαν απόδειξη, είπα ότι δεν την βρήκα στο δέμα. είναι η χειρότερη εμπειρία που έχω ζήσει .μου επέστρεψαν με το έτσι θέλω το ποσό χωρίς φπα. και όλό αυτό γιατί δεν μπορούσαν να κάτσουν να ψάξουν μια απλή απόδειξη από τις εισπράξεις και με κατηγόρησαν ότι την έχασα. Instead of service I received mail from their lawyer. I informed that I want a replacement for the number in shoes, they did not have another number and I said if they receive it soon there will be no return. Eventually I was told they would not receive it soon, I returned the product and there was no evidence of my carelessness from the beginning. they told me they will refund the amount without VAT if I do not give the receipt, I told them if this happens I will make a negative evaluation they considered it defamatory and I received information from their lawyer. I never said they did not cut a receipt, I said I did not find it in the package. it's the worst experience i've ever had .they came back to me so i want the amount without VAT. and all this because they could not sit down and look for a simple receipt from the receipts and they accused me of losing it.
