After going through more than 3 different saloons and finding out to my deepest frustration than none of them could understand my needs, mainly due to lack of English and care, I found Nicolas expressions on Google search, I headed there without much expectations as I had already been let down so many times through the day. However the team at Nicolas literally saved the day, as soon as I spoke I was met with a quick response in clear and fluent English, hope started to reappear as I explained the lovely hairdresser what I needed from her and how important the finish of my hairdo was. Not only did she understand and replied promptly and professionally she engaged on casual conversation with me. I am extremely satisfied from the service provided and definitely recommending it to anyone who needs good hair care.

But the quality of services is poor. The haircut is nothing really good, but the worst is the way they treat you. The hairdresser almost told me that I would leave bald, as she was trying to sell me a therapy. In the same time they use shampoos of low quality and they don't even use an oil for hair or any kind of product. I will never go there again.
