Мястото е спокойно, на тиха улица. Едновременно си на минута от нощния живот и ресторантите, но без шумотевицата и тълпите по улицата. На разстояние, което спокойно се минава и от прохождащо дете се намира плажът с плитка и топла вода. Стаите са просторни, хигиената изумителна. Оборудването е първокласно. For the second summer we stayed at Nikiti Villas, we were at Villa Aquamarine. The villas offer wonderful accommodation for 1-2 families as the children are in separate rooms. The place is quiet, on a quiet street. You are a minute away from the nightlife and restaurants at the same time, but without the noise and crowds on the street. At a distance that is easily passed and from a toddler is the beach with shallow and warm water. The rooms are spacious, the hygiene is amazing. The equipment is first class.

A	Adrian Simion on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You don’t have wi-fi upstairs, and downstairs is very weak. On the first day when we received the rooms, wasn’t clean as it was suposed, specially in the kitchen. In rest everything was ok. P.S. The wifi signal does not depend on the network provider. You should buy a powerfull router or a wifi repeater. After that upgrade to the highest speed internet with provider.
V	Viara Stoichkova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Villa Emerald is a paradise! This year we choose Nikiti for our summer vacation and enjoyed an unforgettable experience. Perfect place combining stylish design, comfortable furniture, hygiene at a very high level. We enjoyed the various beaches that are located next to the villas as well as delicious food at the seaside restaurants. Excellent value for money. The rooms are quiet and comfortable. There is a parking space. I highly recommend to everyone.

The house is modern, perfectly clean and generously equipped with everything you need. You feel like living in a home, not in a a rental place. Very easy to get in touch with the owner. Magy has been incredibly helpfull and kind all the time. I will highly recommend this beautiful home and I will definitely come back again.

By walking you can reach everything, as you are in the city center, at the port, next to the beach. The villa is equipped with everything you may need. It has a large barbecue terrace, if you decide not to have dinner at one of the cozy restaurants. Your car is parked safely next to the villa. We are looking forward to visit this place real soon.

The location was great, near the beach and restaurants. The owner was very helpful answering all our questions about the area and things to do. I hope we can visit again next year!!!
