★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Καλή εξυπηρέτηση, ευγενικά άτομα, με τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία. Ενώ στο site φαινόταν ότι δεν είχαν απόθεμα από ένα προϊόν, με ενημέρωσαν τηλεφωνικά ότι υπήρχε.
Είναι η τρίτη φορά που ψωνίζω από εκεί και ενώ τις άλλες δύο φορές μου έστειλαν μαζί και "δωράκια" (δείγματα από κρέμες), αυτή τη φορά ούτε για δείγμα!! Σε άλλα καταστήματα μέχρι και ημερολόγιο μου έδωσαν
 Good service, kind people, by phone. While the site looked like they had no stock of a product, they informed me by phone that it existed.
This is the third time I shop there and while they have sent me "gifts" (samples of creams) the other two times, this time not even a sample !! In other stores up to the calendar they gave me

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτη η κοπέλα που δουλεύει στο συγκεκριμένο φαρμακείο! Πήγα να πάρω ένα άρωμα όμοιο με το παλιό μου που το είχα πάρει από το ίδιο φαρμακείο και η κοπέλα που δουλεύει με κατηγόρησε ότι έκλεψα και ότι έβαλα ένα στη τσάντα μου..... Όταν μπήκα στη διαδικασία να της ανοίξω τη τσαντα και δεν είδε κάτι μέσα ΔΕΝ ΖΉΤΗΣΕ ΟΎΤΕ ΈΝΑ ΣΥΓΓΝΏΜΗ! Ένα έχω να πω ΑΠΑΡΆΔΕΚΤΗ!
The girl who works in this particular pharmacy is unacceptable! I went to get a perfume similar to my old one that I had taken from the same pharmacy and the girl who works accused me of stealing and putting one in my bag ..... When I went through the process of opening her bag and not he saw something inside, he NEVER ASKED FOR A MOON! One thing I have to say is NECESSARY!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Άψογη και αμεση εξυπηρέτηση. Παρήγγειλα διαφορά προϊόντα και τα παρέλαβα παρά πολύ γρήγορα, παρόλο που η αποστολή τους ήταν σε νησί. Επίσης, επειδή ήθελα μια διευκρίνηση σε ένα προϊόν , η κοπέλα στο τηλέφωνο με εξυπηρέτησε με ευγένεια. Τελος, μου έστειλαν και δωράκια δείγματα προϊόντων :) !!!!!!Θα ξαναπαραγγειλω σίγουρα.
Flawless and prompt service. I ordered a variety of products and received them very quickly, even though they were shipped to an island. Also, because I wanted a clarification on a product, the girl on the phone served me politely. Finally, they sent me samples of products as gifts :) !!!!!! I will definitely order again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Εξαιρετικό service από την κοπέλα στην τηλεφωνική εξυπηρέτηση. Τα προϊόντα ήρθανε στην ωρα τους σε πολύ προσεκτικό αμπαλάζ. 5 αστέρια όμως κυρίως για την καταπληκτική επικοινωνία με την υπάλληλο του καταστήματος.
Excellent service from the girl to the telephone service. The products arrived on time in very careful packaging. But 5 stars mainly for the amazing communication with the store employee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Συγχαρητήρια, παράγγειλα για πρώτη φορά απο αυτό το φαρμακείο και μένω στη Ρόδο. 'Εμεινα πολύ-πολύ ευχαριστημένος, αφού η ενημέρωση της παραγγελίας ήταν συνεχής και διεξοδική. Εξαιρετική συσκευασία ,μεγάλες εκπτώσεις σε επώνυμα προϊόντα και εύκολη ιστοσελίδα . Γρήγορα θα ξαναπαραγγείλω. Εύγε και πάλι!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μετά από αρκετές επισκέψεις στο συγκεκριμένο φαρμακείο οφείλω να πω ότι οι συνεργάτες ( αντικαθιστά την λέξη υπάλληλοι πλέον) είναι άριστα ενημερωμένοι και πολύ πρόθυμοι στην εξυπηρέτηση των πελατών. Έχουν προσωπική επαφή με τους σταθερούς πελάτες και γενικά έχω εντυπωσιασθει.
Βέβαια ας μην ξεχνάμε ότι πρόκειται για ένα φαρμακείο που απευθύνεται σε πληθυσμό όλων των αποχρώσεων σε μια μικρή πόλη. Συμπέρασμα :Μακάρι όλες οι πόλεις στην Ελλάδα να είχαν τέτοια αναβαθμίσμενα φαρμακεία. Επίσης να μην ξεχνάμε ότι είναι μια επιχείρηση. Τέλος οφείλω να συγχαρώ την Κα Νικολακοπουλου της οποίας επίτευγμα είναι το παραπάνω φαρμακείο
After several visits to this particular pharmacy I have to say that the associates (replaces the word employees now) are excellently informed and very willing to serve customers. They have personal contact with regular customers and I have generally been impressed.
Of course, let's not forget that this is a pharmacy that caters to a population of all shades in a small town. Conclusion: I wish all cities in Greece had such upgraded pharmacies. Also do not forget that it is a business. Finally, I must congratulate Ms. Nikolakopoulou, whose achievement is the above pharmacy
