Σαν να μην υπάρχει διαχείριση. Τραγικοί. Συνεργεία δικά τους, υπέρογκες χρεώσεις, άθλια συμπεριφορά των υπαλλήλων. Αντί να εισπράξουν από τους μπαταξήδες κάνουν και παρατηρήσεις και επιθέσεις σε αυτούς που δεν χρωστάνε ευρώ. Προκλητικοί και μια πολυκατοικία ερείπιο. The worst. Στην ερώτησή μου για ποιον λόγο δεν ενημερώθηκα για το πότε θα γίνει συνέλευση- η οποία έγινε και έχασα (δεν κατοικώ στην πολυκατοικία, προ κορονοϊού με είχαν ενημερώσει και είχα πάει στην τότε συνέλευση) η απάντηση ήταν ¨και που να ξέρω εγώ γιατί δεν ενημερωθήκατε¨ όταν του υπενθύμισα 2 φορές ότι η ενημέρωση των ιδιοκτητών είναι μέσα στις αρμοδιότητες της εταιρείας σας και ότι αυτή δεν είναι σοβαρή απάντηση, η απάντηση άλλαξε και έγινε πολύ απλά και λακωνικά ότι εκείνοι με ενημέρωσαν! Και επίσης ότι έχει πολλή δουλειά…και μου το έκλεισε! Μακριά! Μακριά! Μακριά! The word professionalism does not belong in their vocabulary. Έχουν αφήσει την πολυκατοικία 5 μέρες χωρίς πετρέλαιο, έχουμε επικοινωνήσει μαζί τους κι απλά η απάντηση ήταν θα το "κοιτάξουμε" και θα επικοινωνήσουμε. Ωστόσο, δε θα το αφήσουμε έτσι... Αλλαγή διαχείρισης ΧΘΕΣ και σε όποια άλλη πολυκατοικία πάω και είναι διαχείριση θα προτείνω αλλαγή! Αν δεν είναι ικανοί , ας κλείσουν! Απορώ , αλήθεια, ποιοι τους βάζουν 5 και 4 αστεράκια.. οι συγκεκριμένοι άνθρωποι στη συγκεκριμένη εταιρεία είναι ακατάλληλοι! If I could not put an asterisk I really would!
