M	Miglena Lazarska on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ζήτησα να στείλει το πιστοποιητικό που έβγαλε ο ίδιος στην ΔΕΔΔΗΕ με κουριερ στης 08/07/21. Το έστειλε σχεδόν μια βδομάδα μετα 13/07/21. Σε όλες αυτές τις μέρες ζητούσα το tracking number, και μου έλεγε οτι το εχει στο γραφειο, η δεν το εχει μαζι του κ.τ.λ. Με αποτέλεσμα να μην μπορω να εχω ρεύμα στο διαμέρισμα για μια βδομάδα. Και επειδή δεν μένω στην ίδια πολη, αναγκαστικά να πληρώνω ξενοδοχειο μεχρι να συνδεθεί το ρεύμα. Παρεπιπτόντως ακομα το πιστοποιητικό δεν εχει φτάσει στο ΔΕΔΔΗΕ! Τραγικό!!!? I asked him to send the certificate he issued to HEDNO by courier on 07/08/21. He sent it almost a week after 13/07/21. All these days I was asking for the tracking number, and he was telling me that he has it in the office, or he does not have it with him, etc. As a result, I could not have electricity in the apartment for a week. And because I do not live in the same city, I have to pay for a hotel until the electricity is turned on. By the way, the certificate has not yet reached HEDNO! Tragic !!! ?

Αντιλαμβάνεται απευθείας το πρόβλημα και σου προτείνει λύσεις χωρίς όμως να σε εκμεταλλεύεται οικονομικά. Τυπικός! Awesome and fast service. The man is a householder and generally a professional !!!! Δεν ήρθε ποτέ και έλαβα περίπου μία ώρα μετά μήνυμα ότι δεν μπόρεσε γιατί εξυπηρετούσε μια εταιρεία και θα με καλούσε μετά. Με κάλεσε Δευτέρα και κλείσαμε για Τρίτη στις 15:00. στις 16:20 πήρα τηλέφωνο γιατί δεν είχε έρθει και είπε ότι μόλις τελέιωσε και έρχεται. Πήγε 18:00 και δεν είχε έρθει και ξαναπήρα και μου είπε ότι σε 20 λεπτά το πολύ θα ήταν σπίτι μου. 18:30 με πήρε ο ίδιος να μου πει ότι θα αργήσει πάνω από μισή ώρα και το ακύρωσα. Δεν γνωρίζω για την δουλειά του αλλά πολύ ασυνεπής. Μια φορά μπορεί να συμβεί ένα λάθος και συγχωρείται, αλλά 2 φορές σερί πάει πολύ για επαγγελματία. I'm a private and we had an appointment one Friday at 15:00. He never came and I received a message about an hour later that he could not because he was serving a company and he would call me later. He called me on Monday and we booked for Tuesday at 15:00. at 16:20 I got a call because he had not come and he said he just finished and is coming. He went 18:00 and did not come and I took it again and he told me that in 20 minutes at most it would be my home. 18:30 he got me to tell me it would be over half an hour late and I canceled it. I do not know about his work but very inconsistent. Once a mistake can happen and it is forgiven, but 2 times in a row goes a long way for a professional.
