Αγορασα γυαλια απο το καταστημα τους μου εσπασαν κ τα πηγα για να αλλαξουν το τζαμι, αυτο εγινε τον Αυγουστο του 2017.Με ενημερωσαν οτι θα τα εστελναν κ θα μ ενημερωναν, πηγε Οκτωβριος, πηγα ξανα να ρωτησω για τα γυαλια μου ...κ παλι μ ενημερωσαν οτι θα με παρουν τηλεφωνο...κ ξαναπηγα τελη Μαρτιου οπου μια κυρια τα βρηκε στο καταστημα οπως ακριβως τα ειχα αφησει ..με ενημερωσε οτι θα μαθει τι εχει συμβει κ θα με παρει τηλεφωνο ...δεν καλεσε ποτε...πηγα παλι αρχες Απριλιου κ μια αλλη κυρια μου ειπε δωστε μου χρονο να δω τι εχει συμβει ...πηρα τα γυαλια μου κι εφυγα.κ ουτε προκειται να ξαναπατησω ...περιττο να πω οτι οταν πηγαινα γιατι τηλεφωνο δεν με πηραν ποτε δεν ζητησαν ουτε μιση φορα συγνωμη ...ουτε καν φανταστηκαν οτι κατι σ ολο αυτο ειναι λαθος τους ...ευγενικες μεχρι να πουλησουν ...μετα ουτε που τις ενδιαφερει ....
Unacceptable. I bought glasses from their store, they broke them and I went to change the glass, this happened in August 2017. They informed me that they would send them and inform me, it was October, I went again to ask about my glasses ... etc again they informed me that they would call me ... and I went again at the end of March where a lady found them in the store as I had just left them .. she informed me that she would find out what had happened and she would call me ... she never called .. .I went again in early April and another lady told me give me time to see what happened ... I took my glasses and left. I am not going to cheat again ... needless to say that when I went because they never called me they apologized half the time ... they didn't even imagine that something was wrong with them ... polite until they sold ... after all they don't care ....

By far the best store of its kind ... άνIf it had other stars, you can be sure I would put them .. Full service for the girls who are very kind and of course very good prices ... Congratulations ???? ? ...
