★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Прекрасное месторасположения отеля, чистые просторные номера,небольшая уютная кухня( плита холодильник,мойка).уборка и смена белья и полотенец - регулярны,на должном уровне.дружелюбные,заботлтвые управляющие. Не оставляют без внимания ни одной просьбы или замечания..... Рекомендую!!!!??
Excellent location of the hotel, clean spacious rooms, a small cozy kitchen (stove, fridge, sink). Cleaning and linen and towels are regular, at the proper level. Friendly, caring managers. Do not disregard any requests or comments ..... I recommend !!!! ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Γενικότερα δεν μείναμε ικανοποιημένοι από την εξυπηρέτηση:άφαντοι κατά την προσέλευση μας και για την αποχώρηση πάλι τους ψάχναμε.Χωρια που μας έβαλαν σε δωμάτιο με δύο μονά κρεβάτια ενώ είχαμε ζητήσει με ένα διπλό.
Δεν υπάρχει καθόλου θέα προς θάλασσα,παρόλο που τηλεφωνικώς ο ιδιοκτήτης μάς διαβεβαίωσε το αντίθετο.Αυτό διότι πολλά πυκνά δέντρα πέριξ του ξενοδοχείου εμποδίζουν την ορατότητα.Τουλάχιστον φιλοτιμηθηκαν να μας κάνουν ανάλογη μείωση (από 60 ευρώ 50) στην τιμή του δωματίου.
Παρόλο που ο χώρος και τα δωμάτια φαίνονταν πρόσφατα ανακαινισμένα,στη μια μέρα που διαμειναμε(αντί 5 που είχαμε πρόκανονισει),συνέβη απροειδοποίητη διακοπή νερού.Το ερκοντισιον έκανε θόρυβο και επίσης βρισκόταν μακριά από τα κρεβάτια,συνεπώς δεν απέδιδε σωστά.
Το μόνο θετικό είναι η γρήγορη πρόσβαση με τα πόδια στην παραλία και τα τοπικά beach bar-καφετεριες
Ωραία περιοχή για βραδινό περίπατο.
In general, we were not satisfied with the service: they were useless when we arrived and we were looking for them again to leave. Villages that put us in a room with twin beds while we had asked for a double.
There is no sea view at all, although the owner assured us otherwise by phone. This is because many dense trees around the hotel obstruct visibility.
Although the space and rooms looked recently renovated, in the one day we stayed (instead of the 5 we had arranged), there was an unannounced water outage.
The only positive is the quick walking access to the beach and the local beach bars-cafes
Nice area for evening walk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ В отеле останавливались в середине октября 2019 года. Заселение прошло быстро, номер с большим балконом, на балконе два стула и стол. В номере две кровати и диван, телевизор, кондиционер, чайник, тарелки, есть все приборы, сковородка и кстрюля, для тех кто жаждет заниматься готовкой, есть плита. После заселения нам принесли бутулированную воду. Пляж в одной минуте ходьбы, вода чистейшая, прозрачная, один кайф купаться и загорать, виды на море и горы на все сто. У нас был включен заврак, всё было вкусное и свежее. На все наши просьбы нам помогали, не было ни малейшего раздражения, что мне понравилось. Нас несколько раз отвозили в супермаркет, т.к. мы были без машины, возили на станцию Кинеты. Хозяева знают русский. Я объездил всю Европу по несколько раз, пляж Кинеты у меня в топ пятерке. Побольше позитива, друзья, любите друг друга, кайфуйте от жизни, чаще путешествуйте, любите свою жизнь!
The hotel stayed in mid-October 2019. Settlement passed quickly, a room with a large balcony, two chairs and a table on the balcony. The room has two beds and a sofa, TV, air conditioning, kettle, plates, there are all appliances, a frying pan and a pan, for those who are eager to cook, there is a stove. After checking in, they brought us bottled water. The beach is one minute walk, the water is clean, clear, one thrill to swim and sunbathe, the views of the sea and mountains are one hundred percent. We had a breakfast included, everything was tasty and fresh. They helped us with all our requests, there was not the slightest annoyance that I liked. We were taken to the supermarket several times, because we were without a car, taken to Kineta station. The hosts know Russian. I traveled all over Europe several times, Kineta beach in my top five. More positive, friends, love each other, enjoy life, travel more often, love your life!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The apartment was clean, tidy and comfortable. The balcony was spacious and a nice place for breakfast, which was included. It was a short walk to the beach. The only drawback was the barking dogs most of the night.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The clean and cozy room with large balcony. The managers (Niko & Inna) are very kind people. They helped us with everything what we wanted, e.g. airport transfer, supermarket shuttle, sightseeing advice, etc. On the last day they prepared for us fish grill party. The superior hosts for your stay!
