★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came many times and used to get some ice cream or gelatos. But last Saturday was the last day I came to this shop. I was very dissatisfied with the service. I bought a big cup of mixed gelato and paid 7.20 E, minutes after I realised why the price was more expensive than what i used to pay. I went back to the shop and told a shop attendance that why the price is higher. I asked her why she charged me 4 scoops? If they charged me by weight, I had to pay 5 E something instead of 7.20 E.
Because if we buy big cup or bucket, they should charge based on weight, not scoops. She answered that She charged because I asked her to put 4 scoops of mixed ice cream on the cup. Yeah still!!! She should charge me based on weight like they used to do.
But she did not want to do anything instead of refund me the discrepancy.
So I gave the cup to her and I went home.
Hope she enjoy the ice cream!!!! ?
