I	Irene Kantz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αν γινόταν να βάλω κανένα αστέρι θα το έκανα!!!! Κάνω παραγγελία τούρτας μέσω του σαιτ, όπου στο σάιτ μου βγάζει συνολική τιμή παραγγελίας 33€ μαζί με τα κεράκια. Όταν πήγα να παραλάβω την τούρτα και να πληρώσω γιατί είχα βάλει πληρωμή και παραλαβή από το κατάστημα ,η υπάλληλος μου λέει ότι κοστίζει 52€. Της λέω ότι στο σάιτ που έκανα την παραγγελία έλεγε 33€ και για αυτό την έκλεισα. Η τούρτα στο σάιτ λέει ότι είναι δύο κιλά ,αυτή που μου έφτιαξαν ήταν 2,700 μιλάμε σχεδόν ένα κιλό πάνω!!! Άρχισαν να μου λένε ότι η γεύση που είχα διαλέξει είναι βαριά και για αυτό ανεβαίνει το κόστος (αν είναι έτσι ας βάλουν δίπλα στην επιλογή της γεύσης μια έξτρα χρέωση!) Δε δέχονται να μου δώσουν την τούρτα στην τιμή που την παρήγγειλα παρά το γεγονός ότι μπορούσα να την έχω πληρώσει μέσω του ίντερνετ 33€! Για να μη μακρηγορώ μου λέει μια συμβιβαστική τιμή στα 45€ αλλιώς αν δε θέλω να μη την πάρω! Επισης να σημειωθεί ότι τα κεράκια στο σάιτ μου τα έδινε χωρίς καμία έξτρα χρέωση ενώ στο κατάστημα μου χρέωναν 1.90€! Καθόλου ευχαριστημένη! Οι περισσότεροι όταν κάνουν λάθη τα παραδέχονται κιόλας ,αυτοί θεωρούσαν ότι έχουν και δίκιο! If I could put any star I would do it !!!! I order a cake through the site, where on my site I get a total order price of 33 € together with the candles. When I went to pick up the cake and pay because I had paid and picked up from the store, the clerk tells me it costs € 52. I tell her that on the site where I placed the order it said 33 € and that's why I closed it. The cake on the site says that it is two kilos, the one they made for me was 2,700, we are talking almost one kilo more !!! They started telling me that the taste I had chosen is heavy and that is why the cost goes up (if so let them put an extra charge next to the choice of taste!) They do not accept to give me the cake at the price I ordered despite the fact that I could have paid for it through the internet 33 €! In order not to go too far, he tells me a compromise price of 45 € otherwise if I do not want to not take it! Also note that the candles on my site were given without any extra charge while in my store they charged 1.90 €! Not at all happy! Most people even admit when they make mistakes, they thought they were right!

Πιστεύω πως θα πρέπει να περιμένετε να επανέλθουν τα κατεψυγμένα σας γλυκά στην κατάλληλη θερμοκρασία ώστε να τα προσφέρετε στους πελάτες σας. Στο ίδιο κουτί μπαγιάτικη σεράνο! Και δεν είναι η πρώτη φορά. Σίγουρα η τελευταία! The worst tiramisu of my life! Tiramisu ice cream maybe ... I think you should expect your frozen sweets to come back to the right temperature to offer them to your customers. In the same box staircase! And it's not the first time. Definitely the last one!

Παρέλαβα μια τούρτα στις 5 Ιουλίου 2020 από το κατάστημα Αλεξούδας της Πυλαίας αφού την είχα παραγγείλει λίγες ημέρες νωρίτερα. Την μετέφερα γρήγορα στο σπίτι μου και την τοποθέτησα αμέσως στο ψυγείο (το σπίτι μου από το ζαχαροπλαστείο απέχουν 3 λεπτά με το αμάξι!). Όταν την έβγαλα με την παρέα μου λίγες ώρες αργότερα για να την κάνουμε έκπληξη σε πάρτυ γενεθλίων, προς έκπληξη μας η τούρτα είχε λιώσει και είχε πέσει στο πλάι. Φυσικά δεν μπορέσαμε να βγάλουμε ούτε μια φωτογραφία με την τούρτα αφού ήταν εντελώς κατεστραμμένη και λιωμένη όπως φαίνεται και στην φωτογραφία. Έχω παραγγείλει στο παρελθόν πάρα πολλές τούρτες από διάφορα ζαχαροπλαστεία στη Θεσσαλονίκη - Μίλτος, Αγαπητός, Sugarela, Κωνσταντινίδης, Galvas- και ποτέ δεν μου συνέβη κάτι παρόμοιο. Δυστυχώς δεν θα επέλεγα ξανά τούρτα από τα καταστήματα Αλεξούδας αλλά και θα απέτρεπα άλλους από το να παραγγείλουν. Υπάρχουν πολλά άλλα ζαχαροπλαστεία που μπορούν να εγγυηθούν την επιτυχία της τούρτας και αν τελικά αυτή δεν επιτύχει και γενικά το προϊόν δεν ικανοποιήσει τον τελικό σκοπό για τον οποίο δημιουργήθηκε, αποζημιώνουν τον πελάτη αναλόγως! I ordered a birthday cake and it melted !! I received a cake on July 5, 2020 from the Alexoudas store in Pylaia after I had ordered it a few days earlier. I quickly transported it to my house and immediately placed it in the fridge (my house is 3 minutes away by car from the patisserie!). When I took it out with my friends a few hours later to surprise her at a birthday party, to our surprise the cake had melted and fallen to the side. Of course we could not take a single photo with the cake since it was completely damaged and melted as shown in the photo. I have ordered many cakes from various confectioneries in Thessaloniki in the past - Miltos, Agapitos, Sugarela, Konstantinidis, Galvas - and nothing like this has ever happened to me. Unfortunately, I would not choose a cake again from Alexoudas stores, but I would also prevent others from ordering. There are many other confectioneries that can guarantee the success of the cake and if in the end it does not succeed and generally the product does not meet the final purpose for which it was created, they compensate the customer accordingly!
A	Amy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτες τιμές! 5 ευρώ για 4-5 μικρά κομματάκια μπακλαβά. Φυσικά δεν θα ξαναπροτιμήσω το συγκεκριμένο μαγαζί. Unacceptable prices! 5 euros for 4-5 small pieces of baklava. Of course I will not prefer this store again.

Στο τηλέφωνο ήταν τύπου "καλά κυρία μου πως κάνετε έτσι.. " I got a cake for a children's party. Very tasty! They are, however, unreliable at the time of delivery.
