★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelent place to stay. The apartment has two bedrooms, one with king size bed and one with twin beds, but can be easily merged so it can be a king size. The kitchen is fully equiped. The bathroom has a nice walk in shower. The view from the rooms is amazing. There are sunbeds and comfortable chairs outside, even a big suspended chair. The apartment was cleaned every two-three days. We had access to the swimming pool of the villa across the street. The owner is really nice and helped us with everything we needed. Would totally recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family had two glorious weeks in August staying at Nikos Apartments and stayed in two of the two bedroomed apartments. Arrived in the dark & blown away by the views the next morning, stunning! Apartments clean and spacious with much needed air-conditioning included. Situated slightly out of the village it is quiet & peaceful but with Voula's pool, bar & restaurant just across the road we had all we needed most days. Host George is attentive but not intrusive, cheerful, friendly and very helpful before we arrived (organising things for us) and while there, he is very proud of his apartments and this shows in the detail. The only negative is the hill up from the village which is indeed steep...but do as we did, turn it into fun by hiring quad bikes!! We will be returning ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most beautiful view of the sunset over the Eastern Ionian Islands. The place was lovely, clean, perfectly located and exactly what we needed. George was incredibly helpful, friendly and attentive and made our stay enjoyable and easy. Would 100% recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nikos' apartments is a really beautiful place and we had the most wonderful time here in the summer 2020!
The view is absolutely stunning and we loved to spend time on our beautiful balcony.
The apartments are tastefully and cosily furnished and provide everything you need. And if you still need something more or extra, George - the really friendly owner - is always at hand, also helping with car rental and informations. The contact through whatsapp and personally was great from beginning/booking to our very last day, all questions were always answered very friendly and quickly.
The surrounding garden is lovely and well-cared for with a lot of beautiful flower bushes.
You reach the pool in a minute by crossing the road behind the house. The pool area is very nice and green, it has a beautiful view and the pool is quite deep and always clean.
The way to the beach takes about ten minutes, the beach is truely nice, wide and long and spacious, the water fresh and clear and slowly narrowing (very good for small kids). San Stefanos is a beautiful village with nice shops and restaurants for every taste.
We can highly recommend Nikos apartments and we surely will come back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably the nicest place in Agios Stefanos. Really calm and quiet since it is in a house which stands alone on the top of the hill. Amazing views and sunset are guaranteed every day. Apparements are nice and modern. The beds were also good. The A/C works perfect and the kitchen is fully equipped. Its a 10 walk to the beach and town. Nice restaurants nearby. We will be back! :)
